Very nasty manager/cashier. As I was leaving she appeared out of nowhere asking me to clean my table. I told her no, and she followed me out to my car writing down my license plate. She also complained about her employees the whole time I was eating.

Bland and undercooked pizza. The old lady manager radiated toxicity. Our server was friendly. There’s a dozen other Cecil Whittakers nearby. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location.

At first glance this Cecil Whittaker’s wasn’t doing well. There were only one other couple inside eating during our visit. But the food was very good and came up quickly. As we sat eating we witnessed person after person coming in to pick up their take out orders and they deliver as well!
