Not only are the staff here absolutely lovely, the burgers and shakes are fantastic. My family had a bacon cheeseburger, a hot dog and a cheeseburger with fries and 2 of us ordered milkshakes (toasted marshmallow and chocolate w/toasted marshmallow) and it was less than $35!

Cedar’s has some of the best burgers around and they are so conveniently located right before getting into Spirit Lake. When we come up here in the summers this is our stop to get some delicious made to order home style cheeseburgers and some of the best fries!! We also love all the choices of fun flavors of shakes they have available to choose. The service is friendly and quick as well so we can get back to the lake with full bellies. If you have met the owners you can tell they are a hard working couple that want to improve the area they live in and treasure. A True Mom and Pop kinda place, love supporting local.

I came stopped by on my way to dogsit and house sit for a coworker of mine. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers fries and the lumber jack fries. The food was soooooooo goooood! I couldn’t eat another bite! The burgers are pretty big! The lumber jack fries were just amazing! I love onions so every bite I had a excellent amount of onions. The lady’s were very courteous and so kind! This nice gal gave me a free small chocolate milkshake while I was waiting I can’t wait to bring my brother here.

Great juicy burgers with fresh ingredients, but don’t miss the homemade chili when it’s available. Especially over the beer-battered chilli-cheese fries. The shakes are so tasty you’ll sip them deep into 3rd winter. The service with a smile is just the cherry on top.

I have honestly sad about how poor the service was because the food was amazing. I generally don’t post or leave reviews and try to give grace as we have all had bad days but between the cashier/order taker persons lack of care to any of my questions and not even trying to find an answer just saying she didn’t know what “chatter sauce was” to which I clarified I said “tartar sauce” and she said she still doesn’t know what that is but then she ended up going down to the next window to be the person that handed out the food and I said “oh hi again! Any chance you were able to ask someone in there what tartar sauce is?” She again said “charter?” Like she forgot we just went over that but then rolled her eyes and asked the crew. She then forgot to close the window before talking about how “dumb I was thinking the answer would change since the last window” I get it fast food is annoying, it’s tourist season and it’s hot and people are aggregating at times which is why I try even harder to be nice when I’m out to eat, I’ve been in their shoes! I was just so disappointed at the lack of common courtesy of walking away from the customers, (you know, the ones who buy things so the business can keep running) BEFORE talking poorly about them.
