I ordered pizza and potato skins. I specifically asked for LIGHT cheese on the potato skins. There was cheese everywhere to where I couldn’t even eat them. Would have been nice to get potato instead of cheese boats.

Substandard Quality and over priced! – Do not go here. Bacon was uncrispy and almost raw on pizza. Chicken wings were closer to pigeon wings and fried almost to the bone. Potato Skins were burnt, and only 3 of the 6 had any bacon. Manager did the right thing and refunded the money, but asked we return the uneaten portions. While sitting at the stop light to leave, the owner called and informed me we would no longer be served for returning quality food that had no issues. The owner also informed me how bad this is, due to all restaurants struggling at the moment. Well Sir, maybe Celanos struggles are due to poor ownership! I’ve been to your “pizzeria” three times and twice have resulted in poor quality food. Thank you for doing my family the favor of refusing us service in the future.

Well we USED to order here all the time. Our order arrived an hour and a half after we ordered. Our pizza just arrived all slid over the box and not cut at all. Our other pizza was cut however had half the amount of pepperoni that it should have. We called and three different employees told us we have to drive the pizzas to the store for a refund, this was a delivery order mind you. So they can see what they did wrong. And the guy said he needs to see the pizza to show what they did wrong, even though he just said he’s the one that made it, and they ran out of pepperoni for the other, no apology just excuses. This is unacceptable and ridiculous, a simple apology or refund for the pizza (we also ordered bread and salad)would have kept our business, i would really look at your customer service if you plan on staying in business ♀️

Ya’ll. Do not order from this place! It was a complete waste of time and money! #1-it looks like a bunch of kids work here unsupervised. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, no tomato, no onion, add ranch. No fries. Sub onion rings. They messed my order up 4 times and my sandwich and rings were so burnt, I couldn’t eat them. I asked for a refund after the 3rd time. The person at the register said only a manager could do refunds and he was out doing deliveries. Another red flag . How does a restaurant not have a supervisor or manager on duty. I had them make my food over a 4th and communicated how it should be made again. Then I got home and realized the sandwich still didn’t have ranch dressing so I called them. They told me that they had just spoken to the manager and he said they can give me a credit for the ranch dressing. I told them if that’s they can do, that’s completely unacceptable. This took almost 2 hours ya’ll. No exaggeration.

All the reviews about roaches are true. There are tons on here and they still don’t care. Call an exterminator and actually take care of it. I’ve overheard the employees talk about roaches running around on the food tables in the back and seen them in the dining room. Would not trust the food coming out of this restaurant. This place has gone downhill so fast in the last 8 years.

Check your pizzas before you leave or the driver leaves. Twice back to back orders in a month when ordering online this restaurant has gotten toppings incorrect on pizza and salads. Had to have them correct both times and still they got it wrong both times. When this happened a THIRD time we asked for a credit. On the Fourth try a month later wanted to use our credit and of course they had no record of a credit. Don’t waste your time. Go a little further out to the flower valley Florissant one. They will get it right.

I’m 75 years old and on a fixed income. I just had surgery and couldn’t go anywhere. So the other night which was June the 15th I placed an online order with Celanos. I ordered three daughters of chicken fettuccine and an otter of cheesy garlic bread. When I went back to review my order it said a western burger and three orders of chicken fettuccine. I tried to fix the order. I even called there and told him I didn’t want the western burger. I wanted the three daughters of chicken fettuccine and the cheesy garlic bread and when he oughta came it was $61 and something. They not only gave us three chicken fettuccini orders, they gave us six. The next day I get $51 and something taken out of my account, and 54 something of 53 something taken out of my account. Been calling them for 4 days to talk to the manager and he hasn’t been there. So today I called and someone got on the phone and was very rude. I told them what had happened and he said well. We called the machine that takes the orders and it said you ordered twice. If I ordered twice I would have got two orders of cheesy garlic bread. I did not. There’s only two adults in our family plus two small children. When I told him this he said well you ordered it. Our machine said so. Real snotty. I said I need my refund back. He says well. I’m sorry you ordered it. The food was not good and I am not just saying that because they didn’t give me my money back. It really wasn’t good.

My first impression of this place was a good one today. I haven’t had just a large pizza that had this much meat on it in a long time! It tastes really good! Imos, pizza hut, domino’s, papa John’s, you all need to step your game up on the quality because Celano’s has passed you all up since I had this. Nice customer service too. Appreciate it. Keep up the good work! If anything changes I will change this review.
