Can’t begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we had at Cello this past weekend. The staff was incredible to our party of six, and the food…wow! With a party of our size, we were all able to try many menu items, and were not disappointed in any of them. The standout was the Marinated Scallop appetizer. We will never hesitate to come back here for an amazing meal!

This is a great relatively new, chef-owned restaurant featuring seasonal flavors and interesting dishes. It is tiny, so no big bar, but they have a few great cocktails. The staff are efficient and know the menu. Sit at the bar for a great view and interaction with the owner and his team. We loved our food – best we had in Lenox and matched the best places in Boston.

I went here and the staff was absolutely horrible, I had the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. For something that’s extremely pricy you would expect a decent staff, but not here. I went here with my wife, and the staff ruined our night. Every waiter/waitress was rude and didn’t genuinely care about our visit. Overall a terrible experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Appetizer was really good. Pasta can be little more al dente and less butter. apple tart was dry and not a lot of apple. Expecting some improvement as we want to go there many more times !
