I worked here for many years back in the day… I obviously can’t speak for them now, but it all tastes the same to me so I can assume that business is still run the same way. Their produce is ALWAYS fresh. The dough and sauce are made from scratch and the cheese comes in big bricks that are shredded up. There’s a lot of work daily that is put into ensuring fresh product. When I worked there, I ate the food every. Single. Day. And I never got tired of it.

I ordered Cenarios via DoorDash two nights ago. I ordered around 9 PM. They close at 10 PM while I am waiting on my order to arrive around 945 pm. I can see the door dasher is at the pizza place. He calls me and tells me they didn’t make my order and they’re canceling it, I got this message at 9:30 PM so you’re telling me that you can’t get a pizza and some fried bread cooked in one hour!! In the past I have also received undercooked Fred bread, because they are trying to rush!! Not a happy customer!!

Ordered the Detroiter last night after seeing some good reviews. Did not disappoint. The lady on the phone was very helpful as well as the cashier. Was only $19 it’s the size of a small pickup truck haha . Was even just as good leftover.

This location needs a re-training on customer service. Extremely rude called at 4:03pm & put on hold for 3 mins 56 seconds according to them in response to me telling them I had been on hold for 5 mins (1 min difference lol) as my response to missing the cutoff time for the lunch special. Extremely rude over a difference of 3 minutes to charge me an extra $3. I hope that $3 makes a big difference to their bottom line b/c they lost my repeatead business. I wouldn’t be upset if they were polite and explained it in a professional manner.
