Food was pretty and tasted good. The atmosphere was awesome bery country rustic. They have a small arcade. The waitresses did not come around alot. They seemed to be hiding in back almost and it was a slow time we went.

I have eaten at this restaurant more than once, giving it an honest chance, and only once was I happy. I feel that I now have to review and rate it. This time I ordered out getting The White Boot. I appeared and tasted as though it had been fried in old oil and overcooked. The catfish still had silver skin attached giving it a not so pleasant taste. The rest of the seafood was rubbery and left coating of oil on your hands and in your mouth. Was dark and unappealing. Also, there were no condiments included

This was by far one of the best restaurants we’ve been to. The steak is well seasoned and cooked to perfection!! We got boiled crawfish and they we AMAZING! They had a lot of flavor but they didn’t make your nose run everywhere. my husband got the fried catfish with crawfish étouffée (my husband is super picky about his étouffér and he loved it) The staff were all super friendly and it was overall a good environment! we will definitely make a weekly visit here! 10/10 recommend!!!

I ordered their fried catfish strips and fried shrimp combo with a loaded baked potato. It was delicious and Jessica (Mgr.) provided a delightful dining experience. I will definitely dine there again. P.S. I have worked in this area for years and never knew about this restaurant, but I’m glad today’s rain forces me indoors

If I could give 0 stars I would the service was horrible! Our waiter who was a guy was friendly but it took sooo long for the food to come out and once it finally did it was cold so of course it was sent back because I refuse to pay my money and have to eat cold food… the manger who refused to leave her name came over and said it has to be paid for weither you eat it or not with a very nasty attitude! I don’t know her name but she was short and heavy set… I would never return to this place it definitely doesn’t seem like black people are welcomed !!

Super friendly atmosphere from the hostess to the server and manager. The food was delicious and very well seasoned. We ordered the seafood platter and the crabcake garlic butter fettuccine, with added shrimp. We will definitely be back soon.

The food is great. The only reason I give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because the service sucks. This was our 2nd time trying it and both times, the service was just terrible. My 9 year old daughter asked “is there a kids catfish?” The server said yes…but still brought us a large catfish. Our server was sweet, just not very attentive.

Gave this place 3 tries to get things right. Today ordered two medium well steaks received two spliced well done jerky steaks. Sent back and waited over 20 minutes for replacement steak. Service left a lot to be desired. Seems as though the server was too busy to serve the only customers in here. It’s not like there was a lunch rush. This experience left me bewildered and quite disappointed.
