Delicious, fast! They were so friendly and helpful. I got the Gobernador tacos, which have shrimp and melted cheese, part taco, part quesadilla, all delicious. Shrimp were plump and yummy, the bouncy texture of good quality seafood. Very hot green salsa, which I loved, but she warned me not to just pour it all over, which was a good tip, since a dab had plenty of yummy heat. Can’t wait to get back to Salem for another trip to this cart. I’ll be getting ceviche tostada next time to try the next thing. Make the trip! BTW, you get three tacos on the Gobernador plate, I just dug in too fast to get a pretty picture…
