The man who took my order was extremely rude and short. He wouldn’t even let me finish ordering before cutting me off with “anything else?” and just repeated it every time I tried to clarify anything about the burrito I had specified. There was a signboard out front advertising the burrito for 3.99, with the option of red or green, which I wasn’t able to specify because of him. I was also not able to specify how i wanted the eggs, it shows on the receipt he just made that selection for me without my input as well. Then when I pulled around he asked for $22! I pulled back the money I had started to hand him and he revised the total to $8.73, which was the menu price rather than the advertised special. I assumed I had misunderstood the sign and paid it. Then I circled back to check the sign and found that no, I had not misunderstood. However, they have their “no cash refunds” policy on the window and the receipt, and at this point I was so frustrated the extra few bucks was not worth talking to that man again.

This is a good place to go for a late night bite. The food was expensive, tasty mind you, but very small for the price.

My first time eating here and it was so good! I ordered a simple breakfast burrito (no meat) and churro. The cashier was really nice. Portion sizes weren’t bad! I give them 12 out of 10!

I visited this restaurant about two weeks ago with my brother-in-law and sister. They are from out of town. Last time they visited this restaurant they had a very pleasant experience. Actually it was so pleasant they wanted to visit this restaurant again. Unfortunately this time was not so pleasant. The owner literally told them that Americans “are all spoiled” and that the reason he’s here in America is to basically exploit Americans. He said Americans never take responsibility for your own actions… I guess this justified him basically stealing $30 from my family. No wonder the restaurant is always empty, as is the line for the drive-thru. My brother-in-law and sister spent $30 on two orders of two pieces of stale bread and a tiny bit of meat and some guacamole. When they said that wasn’t what they ordered the cashier told them “too bad”… they need to learn how to order correctly and then they can get what they want. It was disgusting. The food and the people. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Definitely a classic whole in the wall. I went for breakfast and I got a bacon breakfast burrito. It was good. Definitely tasted healthier than I expected. The staff was nice and informative. Prices weren’t too bad. Maybe a little over priced. The atmosphere was fun..they had the place decorated with lots of Mexican cultural fiesta stuff. Mexican music playing. There are no public restrooms. Also, it wasn’t the cleanest place haha but that’s what you expect going into a local whole in the wall!!! I’m definitely going to come back and try a gyro.

$18 nachos were sub par. Cesar himself was quite nice. But in a shady part of a sketchy town the value proposition was waaay off.

Overall very happy with the food here. The taquitos are the most delicious taquitos I’ve ever had and the sour cream and guacamole were great as well! We also tried the Greek salad, chicken kabobs, Mexican rice and nachos and they were delicious too! Only complaint is the pita bread, it was a bit dry and didn’t taste that good. The environment needs a huge pick me up as well!

Cannot lie–#32 is where it’s at. Something about those particular tacos at Cesars–not sure if it’s the half a block of cheese they use or the good lettuce, or the exceptional taco sauce. They are superb

Bad customer service. I ordered a breakfast burrito and than pulled up to the drive thru window, the owner a fair skinned middle aged Latino charged me, than I asked if I could see the burrito first, he nodded and closed the window, I waited and asked “why? He turned down his thumb, opened the window and said in Spanish “here we charge first than we give the food” and I said “okay” he replied in Spanish ” but I will not serve you” and shut the window. At that point I was angry and shouted at him, and he opened the window yelling, “Go back to Mexico”! In Spanish. We don’t want any of you in our country! I waived my $20 bill and yelled, “this was gonna feed you”! And he kept yelling “Go back to Mexico”…. with a grin on his face.
