Great place to sit outside and people watch. Enjoy a drink or two. The tacos were on the bigger size, which makes sense given the price. I had the Birria and Pollo tacos, they were filling and satisfied my taco craving. The staff were polite and chill. The location is great for a meet up and have a snack.

Second time in three weeks I’ve ordered two burritos from DoorDash and they just send one burrito. This is not a DoorDash issue. They only send one burrito from the restaurant. First time I drove down to get my second burrito and was stuffed with all the delivery fees for DoorDash. This time I’m not driving back. Will get reimbursed from doordash for the burrito but still paying delivery fees on two burritos. The manager was not helpful and dismissive and said even though it’s our fault you need to take it up with DoorDash again. If they had just offered a free burrito I probably would have driven down there again but wasn’t treated well. Beware if you order on delivery service. We love this place but won’t be back. Too bad.

I’ve always had pretty good experiences at Cha Cha Cha, I (and friends) generally have frequented the one on Lombard closest to us but have been to pretty much all of them over many years now. They’ve always been consistently good. So you know it’s a place you can go and order the food and know what to expect with solid friendly service. When you’re in the mood for that, it’s great. That said, today I ordered delivery, feeling nostalgic and got my typical order which is the either the Veg or Tempeh Enchiladas with salsa verde and some chips, guac, and salsa for an extra treat. Today I went for Tempeh, since I needed a little more protein in my life.
