The food was delicious. We waited an hour and half but it was worth it. The collard greens were a lil spicy but still good. This place does not serve pork which is a plus for non pork eaters. The smothered chicken wings was Great. Nice portion sizes as well, I shared with my daughter and still had some left over. The Owner was terrific! We will definitely go back again.

i got catfish, short ribs, mac, greens, & sweet potatoes. food was okay & overpriced. i found a short piece of gray hair in my beef short ribs. service is very slow; i was told 25 mins but waited an hour & a half. but the catfish & cornbread was good though. also, seeing owner response down below to a customer is just unprofessional & not a good look but to each is their own. ♀️

I ordered 6 steak tacos today for me and my boyfriend! The food was amazing. She was definitely very sweet and held great conversation! Food was amazing they have lemon pepper and mild sauce as well. I will definitely be back best food in Peoria

Everything was absolutely delicious. Only bad taste in my mouth was paying $25 for a plate with no cornbread….that kinda threw the meal off. Cornbread really ties every thing together. Other than that, amazing

Straight fire. I was just looking on google to see what was open, and this place popped up. I had never heard of it before. Super friendly staff. Got jerk lamb chops, mac and cheese, green beans, dirty rice, and cornbread. Every single thing was a 5/5. Best mean I’ve had around here in a while. Gonna be back a lot.
