Customer service was fantastic, the food was really good. Little hesitant at first because i was getting used to trying really bougie places off the strip and near my hotel since I’m visiting from out of town. But everything was cooked well. Noodles were the right amount of saucy and spicy.

Do you like bell peppers in sauce? This is the place for you!! Food used to be great,but apparently the owner retired and the person in charge is changing things for the worse. Waited almost an hour for my carry out to discover my noodle dish was mostly bell peppers with a few noodles. I called to complain and the owner yelled at me and told me to send a picture, I did and when I called back he said he could see some noodles and I got what I paid for.

The food was terrible the fried ribs and chicken wings were so dry and burnt you couldn’t eat them, we gave them too our dog and he wouldn’t eat them the chop suey was soggy/mushy the FOOD WAS NASTY AND TERRIBLE. WE WONT WASTE ANOTER 70 BUCKS AT CHAI THAI. YES WE SPENT $$70.00 ON THIS NASTY BURNT OVER COOKED UNFAVORABLE FOOD

This is my new spot! Food is always hot and absolutely scrumptious. I haven’t had something that I didn’t like from here. Customer service is refreshingly superb and they are consistent with portions and way they cook it. I love finding gems like this especially so close to my house!

Probably the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Don’t be thrown off by the no-frills inside of the restaurant. Food was delicious and even for a to-go order in a disposable container the presentation was great. You can tell they care about what they do and will make sure you are happy with your order. And to top it off their prices are very reasonable. I seriously thought places like this didn’t exist anymore. I don’t live anywhere near this restaurant but I will be back for sure. Don’t pass this place up!

My food was made incorrectly and i was told i had to bring food from 8pm the previous day back in order for them to remake my order…my fried rice was supposed to be spicy he said the spice comes on the side i was not told that and there was no spicy sauce on the side i also ordered the chicken pad thai no spice and it was very spicy he said no spice was added but it clearly was and i cant have spicy food…i asked for a remake or a refund and was denied unless i brought my entire eal back…will never go again customer service was horrible and i do not recommend

Food was good and the service was great. I didn’t know what I wanted when I first got there because I’ve never been there before. The lady helped me figure out what was what on the menu and I was able to choose something that was good for my stomach which is real sensitive I really appreciated that.
