Excellent place to go to enjoy watching football, eating good bar food and playing darts or pool. Overall, I was willing to give them 5 stars but understand that they do have a limited food selection prior to their weekly food delivery. If you’re planning to fill your belly then you may want to call ahead and make certain what foods they have available. Besides that, the food is delicious, the atmosphere and staff are very welcoming and it’s just a great place to hang with friends and family.

We had a group of about 20 for a retirement celebration. First issue was our server was not welcoming, no smile & never told me her name. We waited about 10 min. for service, another 20 min. for 1st drinks, another 15 min. for orders to be taken & then probably 30 min. for food to table. I can forgive the 30 min. due to a large party especially since all food did come out together & it was all hot & exactly right. We all had food & drinks. Next problem; we were never asked about next drinks, so 45 min. We asked about separate tabs, no problem will do it at the end. NOW, thats provided no one leaves til the end! A couple left right after food & the entire check was delivered to them with the instruction to figure out what they owed & leave it with someone. WHAT? So they did as instructed but the long $500 ticket was left & 2 of our guest who were minors then split the ticket. Well, at least they didn’t consume any alcohol, they just paid for it. By this time our empty food plates were removed but every glass going forward was left on our table & we began getting our drinks in plastic cups. Looking around it was no wonder, tables full of empties! So huge tab paid, new fresh tabs begin right? Yeah no! Everything together again & on my tab. It was just easier to pay it than argue it. Every drink we received we waited 20 min. or more, a couple beers were not what was ordered but would take to long to get it fixed. It was not packed by any means. Most of the time I dont know where our server was, she waited no other tables around us just the 2 pool table area up front that had maybe 6 people in it. Never an apology one when I was visibly upset at how long service was taking. No urgency in movement for sure! I guess this is what COVID has done to the service industry & its sad. We have been regulars with our group celebrations here but think we will be finding another spot. The picture is from about 1/2 way thru the night. That gold can was my very first drink & it stayed right there the whole night.

Every time I come here it is to play pool. It is a de-stressor so I truly want to frequent this business BUT … The service is horrific. Even when they decide to meander my way and ask if I want to order, I feel bad because all I want is water. That is to say after trying the food several times I will not do that again. Plenty of options nearby. They could easily change the menu so that the food was actually fresh and edible and not microwaveable. With that being said I still give a generous tip because I feel guilty for not eating and just drinking water because I want to want to love to come here. Today was the typical disappointment. The server walked by me several times without a word. I stopped my game early and informed the bartender to let the owner know. At least she didn’t charge me for my 30 minutes of pool time. This is just too often for me. Obviously they don’t want to change.

I have no clue why they would only have 1 Bartender working on a Sunday afternoon but my 1st visit was not great. The bartender was nice but she was literally waiting on the entire bar and dining area. The girl that appeared to be the manager walked out and didn’t help with customers at all and one waitress apparently couldn’t help. Owners should pay attention because this is how money goes away and you’re bankrupt.

I’m someone who comes at least once a week and the service me and my friends got tonight was unacceptable. I’m not going to list the servers name but she will know who she is. From the jump she was rude, asking for id’s before we even ordered anything as well as asking for my card to start a tab, as I have never been asked to do that before. Then proceeded to be rude and hostile the entire time. Then my two other friends came to sit and was given a hard time about their id’s that almost took 30 minutes. Then came to the conclusion that she wouldn’t serve my friend who wasn’t even going to order a drink… lol. Then proceed to tell us that we can leave because we were expressing our feelings about her service. As all 3 of my girl friends and I our servers at local restaurants, we know we did not deserve this service and would never treat our customers with this little respect.

I was impressed with how big this place is and the atmosphere that goes with it. It definitely appears like a great place to watch a game or play pool. I sat at the bar to get a drink and a sandwich while watching a basketball game. I’ll definitely go back to check it out when more than one game is on and I want options. I’ll also go back to play pool. My specific visit was good but not great. There’s a huge bar in the front but it was busy enough on a late Friday afternoon that I could only get a seat at the end of the bar. I felt like my service was impacted by this during the switch to a new bartender. The first was attentive, the second less so. I suppose it could have just been because the majority of the people were at the other end of the bar but I felt like it was more than that because I saw the bartender chatting a bunch too. That’s an unfortunate first impression but I’ll try to shake it and plan to return regardless. There were tables near the bar that had servers too although I think some of the tables closest to the bar decided to put an order in with the bartender. I ordered Southwest Sliders which are beef sliders with BBQ and bacon, cheese, etc. I liked them. The order didn’t come with a side so I’ll remember that for next time. I’ll return to try this place out a couple more times and play pool. I’ll update my review as appropriate.

My work has thrown two holiday parties at this location and both were pleasant experiences. Its a large venue with multiple dining tables, pool tables, and a large bar. The food is good and the service both times has been quick and accurate. It is a chill environment where you can hang out, drink, and play some pool. There was also a trivia night going on the Friday we went. I don’t live in the area but if I did I would frequent it more.

Great place to go and play pool. They have league every Tuesday and Thursday so make sure to not be in the middle section and grab a table near the entrance if you plan on staying late. Have beers on tap and they offer a pitcher if you are sharing beers. Overall have a great experience here, nice bartender and servers while your playing pool.
