Worst customer service ever!! I spent 40$ on food that wasn’t what I ask for and the employees over charge me and was rude as ever. I ask for sour cream and the second picture is what they gave me trying to convince me it is sour cream…we just want to find a good chicken restaurant since we are new to the state but I can promise you we will never come back! I should have known when three other customers walked out! So I field a police report. It the “I’m so tired of you people comment that did it for me! I never got loud nor was I disrespectful.

Ordered spicy lemon pepper and it was not spicy. It was just regular plain ol lemon pepper wings. Paid 1.99 for side of coleslaw for it to be frozen and in a small Sauce container! $2 for a tiny sauce container of Frozen slaw. I stood there in shock. Im like “this is a dipping sauce right? ” “No thats the slaw ” Mango habenero wings had no kick to it at all.

Absolutely no respect for the black community when it comes to be served. The cooking staff has horrible attitudes, in addition to excess wait times. The orders are often wrong, even when it is on behalf of the staff you are still given a hard time. I watched a cook toss food across the corner and state he wouldn’t be assisting a customer who had already paid and they allowed her food to get cold for an hour, because “it wasn’t his problem” if you are the cook it INDEED your problem.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We called in an order for a 10-piece lemon pepper wing combo. We came in, paid cash & sat & waited for 20-30 mins. When asked how much longer it was going to be for the order to be ready, the order wasn’t even started! When asked for a partial refund, the man really offered free drinks for the next time. There won’t be a next time that’s for sure. Then when asked for a manager’s contact info apparently they don’t have one yet they communicate via text .. so that means that there is a number. All in all — don’t waste your time or money.

I am a frequent customer. The food is usually good. However, the customer service is normally VERY POOR. For a long time I have given them the benefit of the doubt through wrong orders, miscalculated change, poor representation, messy drink station. Tonight definitely drew the line. I called and ordered my food at 9:05, arrived at 9:30 and the doors was locked and the employees were driving off. That was so rude and unprofessional being that they do not close until 10PM. As a long time customer that was very unacceptable and unprofessional and I will not be returning. I’ve continued to shop with them through some of the worst things but this was foul and very unthoughtful.

I ordered online easy process.. when I got there everyone looked miserable. One person didn’t have a mask on… were not friendly. I waited for my order when I came back to see if it was ready I was completely ignored by the girl if my food was ready so I waited till someone said something. Got my food the rice has no flavor at alll.. the wings sauce are tasty but the wings were dry like they were reused. I probably won’t come again
