Our first visit to Champs . Very clean and very friendly staff. The menu was impressive. They offer a variety of food. The pizza is delicious and they are generous with toppings. The burger was good and so were the fries. Will definitely go back.

I ordered a chef salad. When the bowl came out it was big enough to feed 4 of us and still bring home some! They do not skimp on portions AT ALL. If you’re eating there to get filled up, you will and will probably have extras. They have a nice clean environment with friendly staff and a laid bad demeanor. Kid friendly with high chairs as well. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. My dad frequently goes, and now I see why!

Ordered online, paid online. Went to drive through window and was told to pull aside and they’d bring our food out. Waited and watched several people come and go through the drive through waiting on our food. I finally went inside to get our food and apparently no one was concerned about getting our food to us because they forgot us. Sub bun was soggy wet and it was cold. Two orders of loaded fries lukewarm and soggy. Fish sandwich lukewarm in temperature as well as the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken wrap platters with cold tater tots and fries. Thanks Champs.

Tonight we did a carry out pizza order for the first time having them. Large cheese and one large pepperoni and sausage. Everything was great. Lots of pizza places in the buckeye lake area (we have had them all almost) and this ranks as top 3 that we have had in about a 10-15 miles radius.

We started out with the tots and pretzel bites with Yuengling beer cheese dip. Next up were side salads topped with a pile of provolone and pepperoni. We finished strong with the incredible pepperoni pizza. Great tap choices of draft beer. Excellent service and good value. It’s not if we will be back, but when!

Everytime I order food from here, it’s wrong or messed up! I use to love this place but after going 3 times in a row and my food not being correct and me being given someone else’s order I don’t think I’ll be back! Food is so expensive yet they can’t read directions or tickets correctly as they “messed” those up and Gave me someone eleses entire order and had I not checked it would have got home 20 mins away and had to turn around and go back. And they had once again made my food wrong when I turned around and went back but never offered me a credit for messing up my food putting things I’m allergic to on it, but said they would make a note for them not to put it on my food in the future and when she read me what should have been my number it wasn’t mine it was the number and name of the other person’s order so I just hung up bc they are clearly incompetent

Ordered food a couple months ago. My order took over 2hrs to get… It was short. Missing items. Was promised by MANAGER we’d have “credit” put to our account. Called in to order food again today and was told not ONLY was there NO CREDIT on my account but according to them I hadn’t ordered ANYTHING from them since LAST YEAR even though my BANKING APP proves differently.. After the last incident and now this.. I WILL NEVER be back. I was lied to. And dismissed as my customer service means nothing to them. So now their restaurant means nothing to me.
