Chanello’s is the best pizza place ever!! I even have a lot of my co-workers eating here and grabbing pizzas after work. You can’t beat their crust and flavor! And all the workers are so friendly at the Volvo location. I get 2-3 pizzas here per week lol so goood!

Ordered two specialty pizzas from here several weeks ago. Got it home and realized one of them was incorrect. Called the store to let them know it was wrong; guy on the phone said they could comp us with a free specialty pizza for next time and it would be under our phone number and we would need nothing else to redeem it. Fast forward to today….. called to place an order. Was told there was no free pizza under our phone number. Proceeded with the order despite frustration…. Asked again upon pick up and they said can’t prove it so it didn’t happen in not so many words. Very disappointed in customer satisfaction!!! Will not be returning!!!!

Ordered pizza online Saturday night and used DoorDash for delivery. Pizza was literally dripping oil when you picked up each slice!! Did you use the entire bottle of oil? Arrived with box not taped shut or closed with a sticker so door dash could do whatever to it! I could have gotten the same pizza from 7 Eleven !

Ordered online received a call from delivery driver to clarify my delivery address. When I informed her that where she was delivering to was a house she informed me she was sitting at a light and could I come outside. Completely baffled as to what she was talking about reiterated that she was delivering to a house. She then asked me if I was upstairs and ok can I just come outside. After standing on my front porch for 4 minutes a car pulls up playing music and 2 young ladies talking loudly. The delivery driver gets out of vehicle dropping things as they laughed about always dropping people’s drinks. She then tries explaining herself when pulling up that she had been in the wrong neighborhood. The pizza looked like it had been sliding around somebody’s back seat and was cold and raw dough. Stars for her attempt to apologize the asinine behavior and MAINLY because I ordered from them earlier this week and they were awesome delivery and food.

Food always tastes excellent… but about 5% of the time the order is wrong (forgotten drink or pizza topping). 95% success rate is pretty darn good. I had experiences 20 years ago when employees were vindictive and retaliatory to me when I complained, or would refuse to take an order if it was 10 mins before closing, and ugly about it. Haven’t had that since the 90s though. Pizza is definitely where Chanellos shines but subs are great too. Menu is varied and creative. Fast service though I miss when delivery was free! Always a great value for the money!

I don’t really know how to feel. I called in for my order the call taker was very dry and bland. After every item I ordered the man kept asking “is that all” “is that all”. But the worst part is was when I went into the store to pay the man stoped making a pizza and collected my money with the same gloves then continued to go back to making the pizza dough! I’m a bit disgusted as he didn’t not change his gloves after touch $60 of my dollars! Got to do better!!!!!! His clothing was also filthy!
