I order take out regularly from here and the staff and the entire team are so amazing and welcoming . Great pizzas and wings and oven baked fries . A couple of times they forgot my jelapeons which I love on my pizzas . Which I am not sure when you add extra I might have not saved it and they have very good coupons and deals if your enrolled with them .

My web order was completely wrong. I came in town from Norfolk VA to Glenn Allen VA. They made my wings and pizza wrong sloppy and messy. I called the store and he or she said no refund no other options stay didn’t offer to fix problem. I’m upster 10:45 at night my wife and daughter were hungry and they couldn’t eat the food so I gotta make it up to them. Very un professional staff and pizza was cooked wrong and horrible no sauce on pizza. Wings terribly made I’m upset.

Not gonna lie. The staff are awesome the little dude who worked there hooked me up with a coupon on my order and saved me some money, but and this is a big one their pizza is bland AF. So I can’t give this place a great review cuz their pizza tastes like cardboard.

Ordered 3 cheese steak hoagies tonight and this is what was delivered. When I called to report this to the restaurant I asked if they had run short on food. The “manager” said this is the recipe and that is the amount of meat that comes on the sandwich with no peppers and onions. He was rude and defensive. When I asked if I could have his name he said no. When I asked for the manger he said he was the manager. The food delivered is so bad we are throwing it away after spending $40 plus tip. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD.

Absolutely HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Ordered 1lb of jerk chicken wings with a 6” turkey sub… wings were NOT seasoned not even a spec of pepper! And they looked like a few were missing. Don’t even get me started on my sub. Old lettuce with 1 1/2 piece of turkey slices, literally weighed as much a ball of aluminum foil. I thought it was just bread before I opened it. Called in to get a refund or new order and the “manager” named “nick” laughed at me and said “well you shouldn’t order our food then.” I said I atleast need a refund he says “no I don’t think you need that.” Smh!!!!! This place is the worst!!

Ordered Grub Hub at 9:12pm. Called the restaurant at 10:13pm and the order was not even completed yet. Steven (Mgr) stated his tablet was not plugged in. I asked for an idea on the time. He got completely short with me… said he “has no idea”. I pressed him on the time. Asking… how can you have no idea? He said another 30 minutes. We received the order at 10:40. The food was not prepared correctly. Our chicken cheese steak had NO CHEESE! The Philly cheesesteak has NO CHEESE!! The peppers and onions were not grilled… the mushrooms are cheap canned ones and also not grilled. Terrible dry and cheaply prepared food. I do not recommend.
