Food sucked. I ordered an Italian sandwich regular size cost me $13.50. It had two thin slices of ham and two thin slices of salami and they forgot the cheese. Then they heated the sandwich up which I did not ask for. So the the lettuce tomato and onion was hot and welted. It tasted like I was eating a hot tomato sandwich. The food is not worth the money. The only good things I can say about this place is the bread was fresh and the delivery guy was quick and he was nice.

I live right around the corner and frequent chanellos at this location and typically love it. The best thing is their awesome rewards program. I have several free cookies. Last week, I used one. When I arrived, they let me know their cookies looked “gross” and offered a brownie instead. It was awesome. Just ordered another cookie and when I picked it up, it was so greasy it’s almost inedible and falling apart. Hopefully you guys can fix this .. on the other hand it’s free food soooo

Pickup order tonight, the mild wings were meaty and flavorful as a starter for the E.B.A. PIZZA (Er’thang But Anchovies) and it was tasty! Hadn’t been to Chanello’s in awhile, seems that will change… LOL!! Also, extra kudos to the staff during pickup, very friendly, very clean, and very focused on the food orders!!

I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 2 pm. At 1:30 I get a call from the woman who made my pizza saying she made it at 11 AM, and when I didn’t show up to pick it up, she threw it in the trash. She was very rude and stated it was my fault for not coming to pick it up. (Again, I ordered the pizza to be delivered at 2 PM). I never got my food and I requested a refund.

Last three or four times we’ve tried to order delivery, and after having to call because the estimated delivery time kept getting pushed back, were informed our order couldn’t be delivered because the driver “locked their keys in their car”….on each separate occasion. Not sure what’s really going on, but we won’t be ordering from here ever again.
