Over all the service was good the communication was good the food was good and the time to get the order was good. I’m not from here so I’m not use to what a good or bad pizza from Chanello’s Pizza is I can only say for what I received in comparison there Big Boy pizza was a thin base dough was more like a thin pizza base style and seemed to be ok with only cheese topping I could have had just alittle more cheese but not complaining.

Apparently no marinara dipping sauce for bread sticks. The pizza crust was like cardboard with a scant amount of red sauce and a few pepperoni.. Didn’t find any onions even though I ordered them. Ate the skimpy topping off a couple and left the crust. The cinnamon knots were good but a bit tough so maybe not fresh.

I can’t even believe the experience I’ve had here. Absolutely insane. It’s actually funny it’s so crazy. They have a LIGHT UP sign on the building that says FREE DELIVERY as you drive by on E. OceanView yet they charge $4+ for delivery?? I have spoken to TWO managers who both DENIED THERE BEING A SIGN. One over the phone who straight up denied it when I placed my first delivery order, expecting to get free delivery, and then again today when I went in store to pick up!!! Today’s manager was a real peach (sarcasm) and already had an attitude before I even started speaking, he eventually said “if there is one it must be really old.” with an attitude. I wasn’t even asking for anything nor being snotty about it, I mainly brought it up hoping he would agree the manager on the phone weeks ago was crazy, but nope! He was just as crazy! Anyways, don’t let them charge you a delivery fee if you order from here & don’t expect the managers to have any idea what’s going on or to care about anything you say.

Ordered 4 Chanellos dips for .90 each and they subbed them for Ken’s buttermilk ranch which is not comparable. They won’t have Chanellos dip for 2 months?! The service here is good but they consistently have supply issues and delivery doesn’t seem to be an option anymore.

I’ve been there a couple of times and the girl that works there at night is really friendly and professional. I would give 5 stars but I got a Philly cheesesteak from there that was a lot of bread. If I needed to pay more for the meat I would have.

We ordered quickly online (barbecue chicken pizza with pineapple added and extra mozzarella), the employee called immediately to apologize that they were out of chicken but offered us any other meat at no additional charge since we’d already paid online. We chose a different meat and it was ready for pickup by the time we got there less than 10 minutes later. So hot and fresh and tasted great! Not sure the employee’s name but we ordered on the night of July 19 and he was the only one working, he was so great!

To be fair I haven’t ordered anything from Chanello’s Pizza. I’m staying in an Airbnb a few blocks away from there. I’ve been craving a pizza for the past few days and I was going to order one but I have decided not to. Why? It seems as though management reads all the bad reviews and apologizes for bad service promising a better experience on the next visit. Considering we’re quite literally on the beach in a vacation spot the chances of someone being here long enough to forget the first bad experience and be willing to give them a second chance is slim to nil. They know this. You know this. Food sucks? Tell them to come back and we’ll make it right. Knowing all along they’ll be back home likely to never come back anyway. Stop apologizing and just do it right the first time.

This was my first time ordering from the OV location. I usually order from the Chanellos in Ghent (the best!!), and now I see why. The delivery time was ridiculous. I placed the order a little after 11p and was told the order would arrive in 45 mins. It was 12:30 am and still no food. I called to see what was the issue. I mean it’s a Wednesday night. How busy could it be? The staff said the driver just left and it should be 10 mins more before arrival. Ten mins came and went. The order arrived about 1am. We still tipped the driver but I wish I would’ve checked the order beforehand. The footlong CHICKEN FAJITA SUB I ordered was instead some lousy version of a philly cheesesteak sub. Cold bread, 2 thick slices of cheese, 2 oz of meat, and barely any onions present. Even though it wasn’t what I ordered I would’ve sucked it up and ate it anyways because that’s how hangry I was last night. But the sub looked so pathetic I just couldn’t fathom the thought of doing so. The JUMBO WINGS we ordered were, in fact, regular sized wings with a fancy name. Smaller than any wings I’ve ever seen. The FRIES were cold so we just threw them away. My husband drove to Cookout in protest. The only decent item was the GARDEN SALAD. I mean you can’t really screw up a salad.

Great food and also i read the reviews where i eat. wow how can people be so naive about deliveries fees no deliveries are for free anymore thats clearly old sign back of building. Keep up the great work and cut down on the rushing type mistakes still best pizza in town. Could use some news items food good but always great to try something new.
