We ordered a thin crust pizza and it came looking like this. Everything was slid to one side. I called asking for another pizza and they were very reluctant to give me any compensation. I called the manager and never got a call back from him. I wasn’t trying to be picky, but the lady who answers the phone stated it was because it was a thin crust and that it wasn’t the driver’s fault. I had ordered thin crust before and it never looked like that. So regardless of who’s fault it was, that was an unacceptable pizza.

Food was so good!! Had cheese sticks and cheese steak. Excellent even went in just to let them know how good it was! Staff was also super nice! Owner walked out to our cars just to bring us menus, super sweet. Support local businesses!

I wish some people were locked out of reviews. No where is perfect all of the time. But they are close. This place is fantastic. The food is delicious and prices are reasonable. Once, our food was late. The next time we ordered the owner brought it. For free! How did he remember. Great place!!!

We have ordered numerous times from chancellor in garner. Delivery is usually good and very timely. We have had wrong order delivered and after questioning us and telling us to send back the wrong order they agreed to send the corrected order. Today we ordered subs and used a coupon for a free brownie with the order. We didn’t receive the brownie but no big deal as we didn’t pay for it. The problem with this last order was at the last bite of his sandwich my husband found a very long hair in it. It has put him off ordering from there again

We love their cheesy bread, it’s a must have. The last time we ordered, Tony made it and it was the best ever! The staff is so friendly and we truly appreciate the fact that they still deliver. The owner himself has delivered our pizza on several occasions. Great Service!

I don’t know if they were trying to make things right or if they gave me someone else’s pizza but this half-done bbq chicken thing I received instead of the cheese pizza I ordered is not good. Kudos on the attempt if it was that. Going forward, ask how before attempting to make it right. Acknowledgment of an error goes a long way. It was the first error I’ve experienced here so forgiveness is easy.
