Don’t bother ordering things for delivery from here. They don’t include utensils, napkins or sauce packets. So when you are out & have no way to eat lunch you have now waisted your money. We as the customer shouldn’t have to call up restaurants when we order things to make sure they get an order right. Never going here again. Also should be the responsibility of the delivery person to check & make sure the orders are correct, specially since they shouldn’t be opening & looking through other people’s items.

I have a deadly food allergy and asked that they omit the sauce on my dish, then I could just use soy sauce. Unfortunately, they decided that they “can’t do that” and sent the food without calling me and I was unable to eat it. When I called, the woman argued with me about how they refuse to make it the way I had asked (which all other Chinese food restaurants have done for me). I told them that this can actually kill people when they do not take allergies seriously and her response was “okay”. I will never order from this restaurant again and advise all others not to either. This is a huge safety issue and unacceptable behavior displayed by the staff.

Food is good most of the time. Egg rolls have to much cinnamon, but General Tsos is always good. Prices went up and portions are smaller. If it wasn’t for that, I would have gave them 5 stars.

I ordered chicken and beef lo mein. Picked it up and saw that it had shrimp. I took it back and told them that I was allergic. They took it back and I figured they would make it without shrimp. Apparently they only took the shrimp out. I hope they don’t make the same mistake because other will most likely sue them.

The fried dumplings were flat and greasy. I loved your old dumplings! What the heck changed. They taste like a greasy Mistake! Never going to order them again..And your front staff ppl are rude! Iam so disappointed, you guys had the best dumplings, now they are comparable to the rest. Tasteless!

I just wrote a review but look at the amount of lumpy fat I found in these dumplings…. over half!!! I dissected the “meat” after I ate a dumpling and thought it tasted funny. I am SO disgusted! Disappointed in you Chang Jiang.
