Pretty dang good. Just moved to Redmond and ordered from Chans for the first time. We got take out on New Years Eve. The order was packaged well. They wrapped the boxes so we had no leaks. Huge helpings. Huge in that we will be eating it for the next 2 days. We ordered more food than we actually needed for the 3 of us, but we couldn’t decide. Their food was much tastier and aesthetically pleasing than other Chinese restaurants we’ve tried in town.

We were celebrating a family members birthday and our waitress was so helpful. She checked on us in the perfect intervals; food was great, waitress was courteous, helpful and our food was hot and as always enough to take food home for a second meal . Definitely will visit there again. Prices were very reasonable.

This place is okay. The atmosphere just seemed off, and I really didn’t feel welcomed. The food was good, at least. I would recommend trying it because your experience could be different and be more positive. It’s cool that they have a drive-through. I would definitely take advantage of that if I eat here again.

It’s interesting that the same restaurant chain just 15 miles apart could be so different. Bend has fresher, brighter food and it is cooked correctly. You can clearly see the difference in the pictures I took at both. This was very disappointing. The service was quite good, but the food was also slow to arrive. Be wise and drive to Chan’s in Bend. They won’t disappoint.

So have eaten here many times, but ate there Friday and received sticker shock as they raised their prices again, now it’s eighteen dollars for one person!!! I had fried shrimp, which several were freezer burnt, the rest was mediocre. If you want fresh Chinese go to the Safeway deli, it’s sooo much better!!!!!

They give you a FEAST, but the prices are a little high considering my biggest gripe: the food is very bland. Only ever eat here when im starting and everything tastes good. The leftovers are nice to season and reheat though.

The waitress first forgot my tea, then when our order came she forgot my food then asked me what I ordered I told her the #5 she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about then when she was talking about it to the cooks I could hear her “that old lady wanted chow mein & didn’t get it. I told them I told her nevermind I didn’t want it. They charged me $16 instead of the $18. We paid $118 all together.

Food tasted very different than I’ve ever had. Won ton soap thick almost creamy had no taste . Pot stickers burnt and that’s all I could smell on drive home. Will never return. I was warned but I thought I’d give them a chance.
