First time there (7/13/23). The people were very nice. However the food was bland, no taste whatsoever. I ordered Mongolian beef which should have some spice to it… but none. I did not ask for non-spicy. And they offer no combo deal or dinner special. I wanted shrimp fried with my beef and they say you have to buy a separate order. They won’t let you substitute it instead of white rice. I thought they could have for a dollar or two more… but no. I only had 2 pieces of onion with the beef which I thought they could have given more. They did give a good amount of beef though, but which had no taste. The egg roll I ordered was bland as well. And I heard the guy up front (who was a nice young man) answer the phone and say they don’t deliver. ?????? And you can’t dine in either. They have plenty of dining space with many seats, and it’s actually a nice-looking place. The pandemic has been over for nearly a year now… people like to dine in as well. And it’s a chance for your staff to get tips. Thanks for being nice people though.

Got take-out today for lunch. Not very pleased. 4 of us agreed that the noodles had a charcoal flavor. Probably reusing their oil too much. Even saw black specs in the food.

The Fiancee and I took my sister here for Mothers Day because her son is deployed, and she lives alone. Since COVID-19, Chan’s isn’t really a place to dine in. They have tables, but it’s mostly a carry-out, or delivery place, now. Still, they made accomodation for us, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

First time going and boy were we pleasantly surprised. The egg foo young was perfect the egg rolls great, crab Rangoons are packed with a lot of crab. Fried rice well done. Sweet and sour pork nicely done. We will be back we took take out but the inside is nicely done and the guy at counter was so nice. This will be our place from now on. We highly recommend and can’t wait to try many more dishes.

Horrible costumer service!!! I placed a order drove 20 minutes out to pick it up drive 20 minutes all the way back, to come to find out after dumping half my order out I realized they got a part of my order wrong. I called up there the young guy tells me they are going to just remake my entire order. Mind you the order they gave me had food I was allergic too, so after being told my order would be made all over and too just return the incorrect order. So I drive 20 minutes back to receive my new “correct order. I get there the lady tells me I can’t get the entire order back because I didn’t return the food I already had touched. She then stated ” no sorry we can’t give you new order because you didn’t return entire old order” I tried to explain what her employee said. She told me go back home and come back then she will reheat my order that I left at home. I work with over 700 people a day and I’ve referred this place to at least 30 of my clients and I will never refer anybody here again. Horrible costumer service!!..

I always pass this place and have been meaning to try it out. I finally decided to order from here tonight. I got the Mongolian Beef Dinner Special that comes with the chicken fried rice. I asked for them to make it spicy. I must say, it was actually pretty good! The only thing I can say is that their portions are smaller than what I’m used to getting for a dinner special, and it didn’t come with a drink (which most places include for dinner). Other than that, the flavors are spot on.. it just didn’t end up as spicy as I was hoping for! But I will definitely order from here again!

Food wasn’t spectacular, not a ton of flavor in the sweet and sour chicken. Kung Pao was okay, plenty of meat, a little pricey however, $5.50 for a small chicken fried rice as a side. 38$ total for kung Pao, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, side of chicken fried rice.

As a regular customer I have never had a bad meal from Chan’s Garden. Due to a family member’s allergy we have to be careful with our food orders. The staff always is careful to be sure to have our order correct. The place is small but it packs a punch above its class. They know how to operate a small family business.
