Does not taste like Chinese food…it was just not good. My fried rice was crunchy almost raw. THE WORST EGG FOO YOUNG I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! ALSO I asked for shrimp in my beef and broccoli but got shrimp in the curry chicken instead. Keep in mind the person who ordered the curry chicken is allergic to seafood, so I had to buy them food. I asked for extra bean sprouts, which I did not receive. I did not like the taste of the beef gravy it was like something out of a jar. The beef was good tho…not the gravy. You can do better…get better cooks. It was bad…I won’t risk it again. I’ll go to Tangs halal next time. The worst ! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM YOU. A total waste of time and money. I have the mind to bring it back to you it is not edible. You should be ashamed. Sat 04/29/23 this cook should be fired!

Door Dash – I ordered with special instructions that was totally ignored, if you don’t do special instructions then block it, I would have not ordered! The lomein and rice were overcooked and tasteless! Totally disappointed, $20 all I ate was the shrimp roll which was about 4″ long. I ordered from them when they first opened a couple years ago, the food was good and fresh but not now it was awful! I only ordered from them because DELICIOUS “Queens @ 7552 Haverford Ave” was closed.

I’ve ordered food at 7 after 20 minutes got the tracking. At first it was showing my food gonna arrived at 8:15 then it showed 8:30. At 8:45 got a mail that my ordered has been canceled. Like seriously after almost 2 hours they just canceled my order and didn’t even call me or anything then I’ve call Uber. Uber contacted to CHAN’S. The costumer service lady said that a lady from Chans said they ran out of food that’s why they’ve cancelled my order. But my question is AFTER 2 HOURS I got the mail of cancellation and the lady on call was kinda rude !! Will never order from this restaurant again. Very badddd!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sad to say but they most certainly not how they use to be. My lo mein was LITERALLY stuck together, My cheese steak rolls were nasty etc. I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry!

I ordered 4 wings and fried rice the rice wasn’t fully cooked ,4 shrimp rolls they must have been sitting around at the bottom of the fridge, not in a container and then they dumped them in some grease they were disgusting and nasty .the chicken was dried out like they were reheated . my friend ordered the same thing except shrimp fried rice and 4 wings . His rice was the same way . I will not eat from them again 29.50 wasted …their food was good the first time I ordered but my last 2 orders were bad . I don’t know what happened..Im disappointed ☹️..and on the toilet as we speak …no more .
