the BEST authentic chinese i’ve found in the area, the staff was so kind and service great. the beef was so tender and juicy and flavorful, the veggies soft, and noodles perfect!

We had the shrimp and pork boiled dumplings, spicy dumplings and shank noodles. Everything was delicious. I could’ve had 2 orders of the shrimp and pork.

Best dumplings in Spokane! We ordered the cucumber salad, spicy wontons, pork & cabbage dumplings, beef & onion pot stickers, and Chan’s beef noodle soup for three people. Everything was delicious, the portions were great to order family style and split, and the meal was affordable! I was pleasantly surprised by this unsuspecting hidden gem located on the lower level of the Flour Mill. We dined in and sat outside of the restaurant at a table in the building (next to the stairs under the skylight). They also served tea with cute tea cups, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend Chan’s and will definitely be back.

For a noodle house I was expecting more menu options with noodles. The dumplings were very good. The Chan noodle dish was disappointing. It wasn’t clear on the menu that it was a soup. The meat was chewy and full of fat that I had to try to bite off with chopsticks. There was cilantro all over it which wasn’t mentioned on the menu, so my husband couldn’t eat it. I would’ve expected cilantro without question if it was a pho restaurant. Since it was called Chan’s, I was expecting more general Chinese style food without cilantro. Should mention it on the menu.

Stopped for a quick dinner while walking around the area. We had spicy wontons, pork & onion potstickers, and cucumber salad. Everything exceeded our expectations! We were told they make their chili sauce for the spicy wontons. WOW. It knocked it out of the park. So fresh. We cooled our mouths down with the best cucumber salad we’ve had. I would highly recommend this place!

They seem to have just barely opened but they were very kind and attentive to me! I came here to eat alone and experience what this place had to offer! The vibes were cute as the space wasn’t very large but the dumplings were in flavor

The shop is small and quaint but in that respect there is not much room inside.
