Well i asked for breakfast and it was only 11:30 a.m. and the waitress told me that there was no breakfast, but someone else ordered after my friend and i showed up getting breakfast. I ordered at 11:30 a.m. for my cheeseburger and I got it at 12:13 p.m. and it was just sitting there in the kitchen. By the time i got it, it was cold and my fries were cold and nasty. It was there sitting for roughly 10 minutes. She gave me my food at 12:13p.m and didn’t ask if i wanted any condiments. She just walked away. She basically tossed my plate onto the table. She grabbed my food and walked to the other side of the restaurant and she comes back to my table and goes “did you not get your food yet? this is probably yours.” I was waiting for any waitress to come up and ask us how we were doing, but no one came.

Unfortunately, this was a very poor Experience! We waited and waited for the waitress to greet us and take out order. She ran around us Numberous times to assist others just coming in and taking their orders. We had to ask her to please take our order. The coffee was like warm dirty water or tea and had to convince the girl to make new coffee. She didn’t. Another customer ended up making coffee. I had biscuits and gravy. The gravy was pretty much warm milk thickened with cornstarch and a little pepper. Flavorless and disappointing. The waitress never checked to see how our food was nor did she remove our plates from the table. We never got our bill. We had to ask for it. So over all, it was a Painful Experience we paid for. The taco salad did not have any cheese, tomato or taco sauce on it and it wasn’t enough salad in that taco shell to feed a fifty pound midget! My husband had asked how large the taco salad would be and the waitress made motions like it would be as large as the plate. The taco shell wasn’t filled up as much as it should have been, was only half-full. They were very slow to take our orders. When a person goes out to eat at a restaurant they expect a nice quiet place to visit and enjoy our food, but a man was there noisily hammering on the floor taking up tiles. He should have repaired the floor during off hours, not when the place is full of customers.

Very good food, I had the double bacon cheeseburger w/onion rings and my husband had the chicken enchilada plate. Great wait person (Shana) and the the young lady (Teyton) who checked us out when it was time to pay was a very respectful person..Great job Chapala’s

Avoid the red sauce at all cost!!! We seen them cooking our food in the microwave. Waitresses were super. They were nice and tried hard to do a good job. I think they knew how the food was and were just trying to do the best they could to help the restaurant out.
