Not only did he take my order with a smile, but he also demonstrated extraordinary bravery by saving my child from a car crash nearby. 8/28/23 First time customer here entered your establishment 2 employee at the register when one sitting down, and one was standing didn’t seem to be happy to have any customers, so I walked up and I was just looking up in a guy I was like can I help you with something I said, but this is my first time here so I’m looking around at the menu and then so I asked him about a vegan burger. He said it’s a veggie patty with an attitude I asked him about can I add extra on for my sandwich he say yes with the attitude and then he just was staring with the attitude, no smiling no pleasant not very inviting this is the Cedar Hill location the Guy was a black man with braids or plats , run your camera back about 5:40 to 5:45 this had to be the coldest customer serviced ever . He is running business away , i actually work at the salon in the strip so I know I would frequent often , didn’t argue with him I just left , he made me feel uncomfortable

Have passed by this place a 100 times and never stopped. Was looking for a burger place and Google directed us here. Man!!! Was this place on point. There was no line and the store was very clean. The lady who took our order was very nice and friendly. She explained everything and provided us recommendations. We got our drinks and sat down. Ths food came very fast. I had a burger and fries and my wife had a burger and onion rings. The bread was warm and had a very good flavor. The meat was very clean tasting , tender and moist. If was so good. They had the whole assortment of sides. Had grilled onions that were perfectly cooked. The French fries were potato cut and very fresh and hot. The onion ring batter was very good, I ate some with just the batter. This was a fantastic experience from walking in to leaving. As we walked out they thanked us for coming in and to have a nice day

Get the burger! I’ve had chapps a few times and the burgers are great! However this time I tried the Cajun chicken sandwich and did not care for it. There is too much Cajun seasoning on it and it is an overpowering taste. 10-20 minutes after eating my stomach is upset from the seasoning. I love chapps and the burgers are great, next time I will stick to the burger

We came by to give this place a chance & I can’t belive we’ve been missing out! The staff are very helpful & they walk you through the menu. They have 4 signature burgers & some that you can build your own. They have lots of choices for additions to choose from. The burgers are 1/4 & 1/2 lb, so they’re big enough to fill you up! My favorite things on the menu is the fried pickle spears & the sweet potatoe fries! SO GOOD! Gove them a try, because you won’t be disappointed.
