Although recently this place hasn’t had the best reviews, I wanted to give it a shot as I drive by it almost everyday and have been interested. While it wasn’t a horrible experience by any means, it’s not somewhere I’d need to go back to. We ordered takeout – two 1984 Burgers and an order of regular and Cajun fries. The fries were okay, but definitely seemed like the end of the batch and overdone yet cold. Overall the burger was also okay but had a soggy bun as it looked like it wasn’t toasted at all. What I wasn’t impressed with the most was the over ripe avocado on both burgers. Just a bit frustrating when paying for a $12 burger – was hoping for fresher ingredients. The girl at the desk was friendly and helped my promptly.

Got what we wanted. Basically good food, just not exceptional. Therefore, not a five star. Service staff was pleasant and attentive. Pricing was a bit higher than we like, but is in keeping for a gourmet sandwich these days. Good spot for a dinner before going to the local movies nearby.

Arrived at chapps the employee was very nice. I ordered a lettuce wrap, my son ordered a burger. We sat about 20 minutes waiting on the food. A white guy and son came in after us. They ordered their food we still waiting for our food. The white guy and son received their food before us. I didn’t say anything then our food came out. The lettuce wrap looked very good as I separated the lettuce to see the meat I noticed a bug in the lettuce. I let the employee know, they did refund my money. I will never return here again. My experience here was not pleasant.

My only disappointment is that I didn’t get a picture and I didn’t try chapps sooner! My husband and I had the bacon cheeseburgers with the Cajun fries. I always say “a burger is a burger but the fries is what really matters.”Not in this case the burger was so authentic tasting and flavorful. I haven’t had a burger like that since I was a kid. The fries were very good as well but the burger! Go treat your taste buds!!

Chapps is a great place to grab fresh, made-to-order burgers. Whether you enjoy the traditional beef burger, or prefer turkey or “beyond,” they have a burger for you. You can build your own burger or pick from the menu and modify as you like. We ordered cheese fries which we thought were good, but we thought the sweet potato fries were the best. We’d definitely return again if we are back in the area!

First time here. We got two burgers, 2 orders of fries, 1 drink and it was $31. So the burger was a decent size and. really juicy. It was cooked just right, but It wasn’t flavorful, it was pretty basic tasting. The Cajun fries were so highly seasoned, it just ruined the fries and couldn’t eat them. It was empty when we ate here, food took about 15 minutes which was fine since it’s not fast food anyways. The guys behind the register were friendly and the place was really clean.
