Love the pit beef and french fries are amazing! Phenomenal draft beer choices, and all types of alcohol. Bar is a great place to sit and eat and watch sports as well. Very clean and staff is super courteous and friendly.!

The food is amazing as always .. as far as the service it leaves a ton to be desired. Complete let down to order at the bar.. i been here over 10 times and the original in Baltimore even more.. the more time i come here the customer experience has fell more and more. They seem to prioritize easy over experience of the customer. Ordering at the bar presents a ton of problems such as a long line of customers trying to get the single bartenders attention while the customers at the bar suffer to get quality customer experience due to the long line of customers just waiting to order the food.. I hope management does not look at this review as just a customer complaining and really take into consideration the customer experience they are providing. Chaps is a legendary Name to to be ruined by poor customer service. I have been here prior to this whole new order at the bar situation. One person at the register really solves the issue to be honest. I have been here a few times and ordered at the bar and i thought they just might have been short. Today i waited for 10 mins just to order with out any person in front of me.. i was tempted to leave but i promised my girlfriend the great Chaps taste. However the declining customer experience will make me rethink if i decide to come back to this particular location again.

Great portions! The Pork BBQ sandwich was excellent! Extremely flavorful even without BBQ sauce. The Raven (Pit Beef, Turkey, and Ham) sandwich was delicious! Huge portion of fries. The Banana Pudding was homemade – and tasty. Sorry that I didn’t have better photos, but the food didn’t stand a chance.

Pit beef sandwich with fries and slaw. Beef is chopped, not sliced. Fresh cut fries were hot and tasty. Slaw was slaw. Beef is tender and flavorful. Generous portions. 2 sauce choices, generic BBQ and hot (Texas Pete?). My only issue is that the beef was room temp, neither hot nor warm. Will try pork next time.
