This burger place is to die for! The spicy burger with the fried cherry peppers is just what I needed to kill my gluttonous burger craving! The chicken sandwich is an absolute honorable mention and would definitely get again next time! The atmosphere felt like a old school burger joint with a new school twist of industrial decor! Loved the jungle gym they have for the kids outside! Great place for the family!

I’ve been there a few times now and really love the burgers they make. Perfectly delicious burgers & fries. The whole atmosphere is far nicer than other traditional “fast food” burger joints. Burgers are FULL of flavor and I love that they’ve got hotdogs on the menu too. I’m glad I live close by because this will definitely be my local burger spot from now on. I’d love to see them add a few different hotdog options like a Chicago or Nee York hotdog.

We went to Char Burger for lunch today. We ordered two burgers one was a child’s both were the same size. They were tough, dried out, cold hockey pucks, and edible. We also ordered well-done fries. The fries were cold and soggy. They all went in the garbage. We will never eat there again. The make Mickey d’s gourmet burgers.

Ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger. Burger was fine, but hilariously overpriced for a fast food burger. Milkshake was also good, but again way overpriced. Service was extremely fast and friendly, the premises are clean and well kept, and the playground is a really great idea for those with kids. If the prices were more in line with other “upscale” fast food places this would be an easy 5 star.

This is a self serve place. Order at counter & when ready, they call you to pick it up & take it to your table. Food was quite good, but fries could have been hotter. I will try it again. Great atmosphere for families. Big play area outside. Also Very Clean!

Great burgers and fries! Super tasty. The chicken nuggets were pretty ok, but the sauce that came with was not really tasty. Other than that, fantastic. The place was super clean and the playground area is great for kids!

Food was very good. The server didn’t tell us that shakes were on one side & burgers & fries were the other. He gave us the bags w burgers & fries & we left. We were in the car driving when we realized no drinks! We went back.

This place is awesome! The food never disappoints, my children also rave about eating here. One of my boys said they serve the best chicken nuggets he’s ever had. The establishment is clean, the staff is kind, helpful & professional. Definitely returning customer. Their shroom burger is my personal favorite with bacon & cheese on my fries. They also have a cute little playground & an outdoor eating area which is nice.

Set your expectations, this is not char steakhouse. 5 stars looking at it through the lens of someone who has young kids and they like playgrounds, burgers, fries and ice cream. The playground is priced into the food. Expensive. If you don’t have kids at the right age to use the playground, this place is more like a 4 or even 3. In other reviews, people expect a burger they would get at char steakhouse because for some reason the char brand is included in the name of this place, so expectations are off by people who are seeking out a good burger joint. It should be named “kids smash burger with playground and ice cream” and then people would get it and it would get better reviews. The Hot dog, Fries and ice cream were all better than expected. The kids burger is perfect for a child. My chicken sandwich was bad. My photo would make you believe it was crispy. It was neither crispy nor spicy. Tenders were pretty bad. Stick to burgers fries and ice cream and your kids (and you) won’t be disappointed.
