Burger was a bit different than others we’ve tried, but good nonetheless. The service was kind of slow as it’s made to order, but the cashier had trouble understanding our order a few times. The location is great for groups as it has a lot of tables and chairs that can be rearranged. Seemed to be a hot spot for college students.

I rarely write reviews but tonight I must. This is the third time we went to the Davidson location and ordered takeout, got home, and they messed up the order. The food is delicious, but there is a reason people order and take their food home. It’s rather irritating to drive home, settle in after a long work day, only to discover they gave us 3 burgers instead of 4. When I went back, no one said anything and I waited 25 minutes for a burger.

First and second time we went we had great service and the folks at the counter were friendly, efficient and engaged; today a young person who’s answer to every question was I don’t know, (but didn’t think to ask) assumed a lot and did not listen…they supposedly credited the error, but not sure. Manager who helped was somewhat better but certainly not the attitude experienced in the past. The milkshake is just soft serve iced something…

Always a great treat for me! I always get friendly service from the staff. It’s also great food in a great location. One of my hometown favorites being from the RDU area. Bright leaf hotdogs (The red ones) are a local favorite. I wish they sold them in the Charlotte area but you can only find them here and 1 other restaurant in the area.

Good burgers and fries. Reasonably priced. The service is kind of slow, but they do cook each patty fresh and they don’t have many employees working at any given time. Just don’t plan to go if you are in a hurry.

Nice waste of time. Walked in on a Sunday evening with one person in front of us in line. Took about five minutes to place an order since management had left a poor guy in training all alone at the front of the store, and he was unsure how to process orders. Had to run in the back to find out what flavors of milkshakes were available. Cookies and cream would have been nice, but another check revealed that they were out of all milkshakes, period. Turned around and walked out to find a better run establishment.
