It was not a good meal but they really try to make the best of it. Appetizers came with the main course and the desert was awful. We had a massive hair in our burger. While the manager handled it very well it still does not change the fact that it is just not good enough for us to come back. If the food was good all the rest would work. Would need a significant change in the kitchen for us to come back. Sorry.

My extended family and I had lunch at Charbar No. 7 today, and the service and food were excellent! We originally had a reservation for 8 at 11:30 when they opened, however, it grew to 13 by the time we arrived.

So disappointed! I went there for the first time I ordered a burger and fries to go I said well done but notice it was more pinkish I didn’t really think to much of it but the next day I got food poisoning! I had to call out of work im currently sending my weekend in bed in pain it was definitely from them so I will never be going back!

I have been to this Charbar location several times over the last few years and unfortunately the food has not been good the last couple of months. The servers are very nice and work as quickly as they can but the food is just not as good as it used to be in my opinion. They took away sweet potato tater tots that were really the best I’ve ever had and none of their fries/tots rival those! I do hope the food gets better because this is a close great spot for Matthews area.

The food was good although the server was evading what my friend asked for instead of coming out and saying the restaurant didn’t have it. Then trying to pass off something else saying it was what we asked for. We clearly knew it wasn’t. And she kept rolling her eyes as in decuss. We did tip her but she wasn’t deserving of it.

I also got food poisoning from either the burger or the salad last week, worst pain of my life. I have been here multiple times in the past but never had this happen before, but they were closed for a while before they reopened so I wonder if there has been a change in staff and/or management…

I always stop here while I’m back home. Great friendly staff with a great menu. I love the Maui tacos and white BBQ chicken pita. Very cozy clean restaurant. They just recently add a shrimp scampi flat bread that is out of this world!
