Great time and environment. Overall I would come back because of the customer service when dealing with minor issues. The food was incredible! Interesting menu – we got the teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, springs rolls with peanut sauce, salads (the dressing is SO good). Drink selection was cool too, not your typical run of the mill options. The cream soda was *delicious*! Very impressed with the quality of the ingredients.

Came in for my normal order. They changed the whole menu up that is so boring. Before it was quick to get what I want and leave. Now they make us sit down and take 15 mins just to bring your food to you. Never coming back

We used to come here all of the time for their bowls they had a cauliflower rice option which made my low carb diet easy. The veggies and proteins were so flavorful and absolutely delicious! Now they don’t offer the cauliflower rice, the protein and veggies are cooked decently but the seasoning and flavor is nothing special. Makes me so sad as this used to be one of my favorite places. I won’t be returning unless they bring back some of the previous menu options.

Truly disappointed in the menu change. I used to be a regular and loved the poke bowls. Poke bowls is what chard is known for. Not a single bowl in menu just kids bowls with poor options and plates. Seems this place is going downhill with the new menu change. Fresh great ingredients is what attracts people. There is, well WAS, no better poke bowl place than chard and now their bowls are gone! Crazy to take off the menu what you’re known for!

So went in today to order some chard. It used to be one of the only places that you could get Asian food with really good spinach and tasty vegetables and today I go in and they’ve completely changed their entire menu and they no longer serve those vegetables, the choices are very limited, and the young lady at the front counter was an absolute horror to speak to. It’s really sad because I used to drive all the way from North Arlington and even sometimes downtown Dallas to visit this location in Mansfield because he had such wonderful food and great attitudes, but now I won’t be back. If you used to visit this location just to fair warning your entire menu has changed and it’s no longer the charge that we enjoyed So take your business someplace else with people who are better attitudes because obviously other people are upset with this too and the workers are probably just tired of hearing about it.

I used to love coming here for their amazing Poke bowl! They recently got rid of it and changed up their menu. The new menu isn’t bad but I sadly won’t be back since they have gotten rid of the Poke. It was easily the best poke bowl in the area. So sad! 🙁

Well I’m responding to a post time a 2 years ago at this location. It seems they’ve recently changed not only their entire menu but also added poor attitudes with the workers inside. I used to enjoy getting bowls here that had a lot of vegetables such as spinach carrots daikon and the like, and now it’s not even similar to anything like what they used to serve here. If I were you I would take your business someplace else that offers those types of vegetables and a friendly environment. The young lady I spoke to at the front counter had such a poor attitude that I asked for her supervisor’s phone number and she refused to give it to me stating that they don’t give out phone numbers. So I’m not going to waste my time and trying to contact the manager because obviously he’s the one or she’s the one that hired this person so they’re tolerable of this sort of activity. Simply take your business to someplace else because this is not the same place that it used to be.

My family used to love this place for getting poke; we loved the salmon and tuna. The name of the restaurant is the same, but the menu and selection has been completely changed / reduced. You are now expected to order on a touch computer screen. We weren’t impressed by the reduced menu, so we never bothered to order. Changing our prior 5 stars to 3, so we don’t scold too badly.

We used to eat here once a week sometimes twice a week. We will not be coming back. They have changed everything. They upd the prices and cut the food in half. No more pineapple, no more guacamole etc.. It feels like McDonald’s. You used to be able to see the food, now it’s all covered. Pure example of feeding the owners instead of their customers. I walked out without ordering. I just spoke with the lady in front of me as she’s exiting the restaurant and she won’t be returning either she said.

Went in expecting to enjoy the usual menu. NOPE new menu with much less choices, especially for me, as I am vegetarian. I literally thought I was in a different restaurant because this was not the chard my family and I once loved. No more yummy poke bowls, salad, veggie egg rolls, or selection of great sauces. I settled for their delicious banh mi and was quickly told that they can’t put tofu on the banh mi like they use to. I left with no food and probably won’t return in the future unless the veggie options are brought back. So what am I supposed to eat at what use to be the only good restaurant in Mansfield??? The staff was also very unwelcoming and not accommodating or helpful whatsoever. Y’all quit playing
