This is 2nd time I eat this with my wife and kids…The first time it was in carson it was very tasty my boys and wife loved it so went to the one in Lakewood and that was not a good discussion paid about $90 for food that was have cooked and half done the bread was not even toasted there was no onions or mushrooms on there if I was eating in i would have sent it back but it was to go. And the fires in a small cup come on people…Going to call corporate office on Monday and have a discussion with them.. and the guy on the cashier touching money and then touching food without putting gloves or washing his hand this is ridiculous….

Melody at the Lakewood location was exceptional! Great enthusiasm and customer service! She was so patient while I tried to download the app. Even processed my food order while we waited. Now that’s customer service. I love this place! They even leave the sandwich open so my lettuce didn’t wilt!

I used to love Charley’s and my visit today will be the last visit . The prices went up and the food is disgusting now . The steak meat taste like old Mc Donald’s cheese burger meat and the cheese taste like soap. The food is over priced and they charge everything separately when you get the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. If you get a large sandwich the whole meal is not large just the sandwich is large . I wasted $33 I’m disappointed. I’ma just stick to jersey mikes.
