I love cheesesteaks, so husband and myself decided to split a sub and fry for our first visit to Charley’s. The sub was a normal size, and looked really appetizing. The fries didn’t look super appetizing, but their flavor was great.

Everything was clean, lines moved quick and food came out fast. The steak and cheese were great, also the fries. They get 4 stars because the girl who wrapped the subs, constantly was touching her hair! Clearly knows nothing about food safety. We almost didnt try it. I was super happy to everyone wearing gloves but if you touch your face hair or body, it kinda defeats the purpose!

Worst expirence ever.. i have never been treated so poorly before by a manager in my life.. 4,19,2021.. I ordered a steak and cheese sub with fries, and the manager put my sub roll through the toaster And i very politely told him I do not wish to have my roll toasted due to very sensitive teeth. He then started screaming at me saying we toast all rolls and basically to bad.. I proceeded to explain to him that I have very sensitive teeth and could not eat the bread that has been toasted because of the hardness, he still started to scream and get loud with me and didn’t care about my situation..I felt really bad for the two woman working with him they seemed on edge and almost scared of this manager and his bad attitude… I have never been treated so bad in my life by a manager screaming at me because I didn’t want my bread toasted. Very unprofessional.. will never be back here..

I don’t think you can get a better sandwich at any chain than the Philly chicken and cheese at this place. The gourmet French fries with melted cheese and bacon is amazing. I used to have to go to Burlington if I wanted this but now there’s one open closer to me. Hope they stick around.
