The “cheese” they put on this deserves the quotes around it. I’m not certain it can be called cheese. It’s basically that easy-cheese stuff, one (small) step above what one would spray out of a can. The “cheese” steak was borderline inedible, not because of anything the staff did wrong, but because the quality of “food” is poor. That whole food court is poor, but I’d rate this lower than Arby’s. That should tell you something.

I come here every day for lunch since I work in the mall and I’ve never had a bad experience. The level of consistency I’ve noticed with the subs and fries is impressive and I’m always left happy with the food and how it tasted.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Ordered through Ubereats, order was cold and completely wrong and missing fries. Called the store and said hey my order was missing items, the employee responded with an attitude filled okay and then proceeded to hang up on me. Tried calling back for about half an hour and the line was magically busy.. tried again 45 minutes later and it was still busy. The wonderful employees must have left the phone off the hook.

Their billboard says #1 cheese steak in the world, I wouldn’t even give them best in New Hampshire. As someone who’s had Geno’s and Max’s , Charlies left me disappointed. The food wasn’t bad, but I can do the same thing in my kitchen with some Steak-ums and a sub roll. However I will say that the staff was friendly and patient (while waiting for my 6 year old to make up her mind), the cooking station appeared clean and sanitary. So not a bad experience….just not the number 1…. Not even close.

Normally I wouldn’t write a bad review for any particular restaraunt, but i had to for this one. After ordering one of the sandwiches, I came to find out that there was very little meat inside the bun. The bread was very mushy, and the cheese… it was awful. Also, the customer service is really bad. They didn’t give me any time to think over what I want, and just kept firing questions at me over and over again. I heard this place is a great restaurant, as many of my friends recommended it to me, but I was very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Very, very disappointed.
