The customer service at this location definitely needs some work. I completely understand that it is a mall location and they are extremely busy but that is no excuse to have a bad attitude because they themselves got the order wrong. It doesn’t matter if a customer is spending $10 or $100 people expect to get what they paid and asked for that’s just part of being in the service industry. I did spend $100 and was made to feel guilty because I went back ordered and paid for a new sandwich when 3 out of the 5 that I originally paid for were wrong. Let’s not forget the drinks and cold fries!!!

My friend and I came to ate, we did our orders together but the cashier did even acknowledge her… then we get our food and we clearly(as shown on the screen) paid for extra cheese on the side and on our cheese fries, when I got my food I didn’t have the cheese and when I asked the woman for the cheese she ignored me so I asked in Spanish(because they were already speaking in Spanish) and Gocho is the one that was helping both ladies out, I give that man props for holding it down… but then my friend got her food and she ordered the extra cheese too and they were arguing with me about it but it was clearly on the screen, I wouldn’t ask if I didn’t have it on my receipt already… thanks

My daughter and I visited this location on yesterday, which was a holiday. The food was ok. I have had better service at other locations. We ordered two small Philly Chicken Cheesteak sandwich meals for $7.79 each. My charge was not over $20.00 , but my bank account was charged was $43.64 for this meal. I did not give a $20.00 tip. Customers beware they will straight out ROB you!!! THIS WAS NO MISTAKE. If I could give I a negative zero I would….STEALING from the customers is not acceptable.

I rated 1 because I can give less than that, This place is totally a mess. And they left the orders of fries get cold on the side while they are making the rest. The steak is dry and orders all messed up. It’s like they do the orders the way they wanted and not the way people ask for it.

I was in line for a while and every person in line was complaining about their order. In the beginning I thought the customers were the problem. Once I ordered my order the cashier messed up which I caught it. Once I noticed my order was still wrong I got chicken instead of Philly cheese steak I didn’t even want to waist my time and complain.

Located in the mall’s food court section. The quality of food and price was what to be expected, so no complaints there. However, Charley’s was run like the diner the old SNL skit with Bill Murray and Dan Akroyd-was like a Chinese fire drill. The corporate office of Charley’s need to take a good look at how this location is run. The front counter was filthy, could not hear the employees with all the noise, they were rushing you so quickly I had no idea what was going on and most of all the way the lines to order and pick up your food were out right dangerous with Covid. It was impossible to social distance. And there was NO ATTEMPT to do so. I work in public transportation in NYC amd we do a 1000x better protecting propel that this half baked food stand. Utter disgrace. I hope I am not dead of Covid by the time you read this. Stay safe everyone.
