It’s really disgusting. Like I was really excited for some loaded fries and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. It tastes just like I threw up in my mouth. It’s not the fries but the cheese and the bacon tastes like nothing? I’m very confused. Burger King is better than this.

An absolutely dreadful excuse for a Philly cheese steak sandwich, No peppers, very little onion, no mushrooms (although this was all promised to me on the menu description) and above all they put lettuce on it. Anyone with half a brain and little to no cooking experience should know that lettuce is strictly prohibited on a HOT sandwich. It becomes soggy and unappetizing almost immediately. To make matters worse, for this disgusting display of a meal I was charged $30 for 2 sandwiches and an order of bacon fries. In short, the verdict on this place is; Over priced and Over rated. Now, I’d really hate to call out fellow consumers like this, but if you give this place more than 1 star you’ve clearly never had real food in your life!

There was a guy who is really rude and unprofessional. There is only discount for mall employment who are getting eat always by them, if you pay CASH, just wondering what’s reason you try to collect CASH??? It’s not acceptable what they ask and not accepting credit card. I guess they are still on 90’s.. or they are trying something else to collect CASH only!! When I asked the reason to manage, he said that boss wants this way!!!

I was somewhat satisfied with my experience at this establishment as the food was tasty, but the quantity was not there. I enjoyed the Cheesesteak sandwich I received and the bacon was a very nice touch. The food sandwich was very good, I was just a little bit disappointed in the serving of the fries. If you are going to serve that little portion, might as well make it come with the sandwich complimentary. Burger and fries, sandwich and fries it goes together. Their side of fries is like 5 bucks and it comes in a little cup. Granted, the fries were not bad but I would rather have a pile of less-good fries that actually fills me up. I was still a bit hungry after eating, but I will admit my experience was pleasant. I am not entirely sure if I would come back here again. If so, I would only get a sandwich because 5 dollar fries are worth a mountain that you would get at 5 guys, not a little dixie cup. My meal turned out to be 18 bucks and change which is a little disappointing because that is around the price of a large pizza that could have fed me for over a day. Anyhow while I was not crazy about the price or quantity, they nailed the most important part which was the sandwich. If you do not mind spending a little on a decent sandwich, give it a try but I would not recommend the fries.

Tried to put in a 130$ order, wouldn’t go through online so we tried to call it in. The man who I spoke to refused to take my order over the phone and tried to get me to do Uber eats instead. We didn’t want to pay extra for it and we shouldn’t have to? He refused to take our order.. lost a big order over nothing. I don’t get it.

Absolutely love the Chicken Philly Steak with cheese, onions, and banana peppers. Charley’s hot sauce is the best! I pour their hot sauce on my Philly and I dip my fries in it. The hot sauce needs to be sold by the bottle.

Was at the mall and decided to try Charley’s cheesesteaks. Coming from Philly I wanted to see how good it would be. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and fries. It was delicious. The service was also very fast. Definitely coming back.
