Their cheesesteak was made fresh, I was just at Philly the week before and had one from Pat’s, believe it or not I like this place better. Since it’s in an outlet food court, you can really walk off the heavy meal.

To start off, I think the food is pretty good. No matter what I have gotten, it’s been at least decent. My main things are the fact they don’t answer the phone EVER, and that it is priced very high. I understand it’s in a mall food court but there’s no reason I should be spending $20 on a sandwich, fries and drink.

Hours say 7pm online, Tried to order food in person at 6:15 and we’re told they were closed. I asked about the hours they said they were really closed at 630, then I pointed out it wasn’t 630 and they said just didn’t want to cook more since they started cleaning. Won’t try here again.

Their foods can be pricey, but it is definitely worth the price! I went there twice on different days with my family. Their philly steaks tasted amazing. The fries were perfectly fried. I highly recommend people who visit Tanger Outlet to try one of their jalapeño philly cheese steaks from Charleys Philly Steaks.

Terrible service! The guy making my sandwich was truly the worst, he not only messed up my order but made a HUGE fuss because he needed to make a new one and when he finally was able to fulfill my order he threw the sandwich across the counter and proceeded to stare me down while I ate my meal! I really wish I would’ve grabbed his name. DO NOT GO THERE, you’ll thank me later.
