I just have to say I love Charley’s first time having it was at the Gallery downtown! The food was delicious.Today I experienced something I don’t ever want to experience again an employee at the restaurant high as ever couldn’t keep his eyes open while cooking food. I visited the establishment at 4:30pm the gentleman at the register Jamal kept rushing me as I was ordering. They were not busy and the establishment looked like they had not cleaned up wiped the outside counters or stocked things like cups, napkins, salt and pepper I don’t think I’ll visit this location again

Food quality for me not the best, I ordered a chicken cheese steak and literally is a thick slice of ham that they cook with veggies. Flavor was good, that is why I gave them 3 stars. The lettuce was partially brown. I guess this is my first and last time eating here. And the staff was nice

Recently ordered 4 chicken phillys, had a very weird flavor. Tasted like a bittar smoky barbecue flavor, i decided to go ask the workers that made it why it was like this?? I told them it had to be the chicken, they decided to say “no it cant be the chicken no way! Must be your taste buds” then they decide to laugh it off, this place sucks but shoutout to a worker there named Jamal, he the only one there that knows how to make the cheesesteaks and other stuff there. All though I do prefer the charleys at neshimany mall but that sadly shut down.
