Ruined my day and appetite. When in Philly get a cheese steak. Well I have been in Philly for 2 months now and we as afraid of getting a cheese stake due to disappointment. I asked local who raved about the cheese steak so I got one. I paid. $20 for a cheese stake and loaded fries. It was terrible. The cheese steak was completely flavor less. No salt, no spice, no seasoning. I am so annoyed it is the first time I considered throwing away my food. Should have gotten the Indian food next door.

I wish I had gotten his name but the man working at 12pm on February 13th, 2023 was so rude and had the worst customer service of all time. I asked if the bag he put on the counter was my cheesesteak and he just stared at me. I asked again and he yelled “TAKE IT!!!” at me like I’m not a customer funding his job. Ridiculous. Food was fine but that guy shouldn’t be working in customer service if he’s gonna have an attitude to his 4th customer of the day.

The food here is always delicious and the lemonades are really good. The prices can be a bit high especially on fries and drinks but the quality is there. The drink cups are very flimsy, I had one crack open and spill all over once. Also sad to see the blueberry lemonade not on the menu anymore. It was always my go to.

I love Charleys and use their phone app to order all the time. Sadly this place was terrible. They have huge slices of pickles in both the chicken and beef steaks. Who does that? All the other shops I order from don’t do it. The beef and chicken were dry and the cheese was a solid mess. I specified extras toppings and they were missing. When on the road I look for Charleys but not go back to this place again.

Overall I’d say they do a pretty good job. The price can be a bit high but overall the food quality isn’t half bad. Needless to say you won’t necessarily walk away hungry. The chicken cheesesteaks are fairly good, just make sure to communicate to the staff what you do vs. don’t want on the meal.

Me and my boyfriend were really in the mood for your food. The website says you’re open until 8pm. We got there at 738pm and were told you were closed. It was highly disappointing. If the site says you close at 8 then should you not serve customers until then instead of telling them you’re closed?

Ordered a regular size cheese steak with only provolone and onions. I received an insulting amount of meat and the cheese looked disgusting. I didn’t even take one bite. Philly cheese steaks are supposed to overflow with meat and cheese spread throughout. This was my first and last visit here.
