I have no complaints for this location. I go there at least 1-2 times a week for lunch. I always order the 7 inch and that be more than enough. Meat and bread ratio is on point. Today i had the gourmet fries and a medium Philly cheese steak. Great tasty food their food has flavor. Customer services overall is great. Friendly and clean establishment.

It’s a cool spot, convenient if you like Charley’s & reside in the greenbelt or college park area. 2.5 on the customer service though which is surprising with the place opening not long ago but there’s room for improvement & training of staff. Ice cream machine has been down since opening. Other than that the food is fresh off the grill and enjoyable with usually a short wait.

Stopped in today for lunch, but the sandwich was big enough for lunch and dinner!!! Great customer service. Really good atmosphere. Fixed my order just as I had asked. Next time, I’ll ask for extra Mayo. Other than that… This was a great philly!!

So today is day 3 finally feeling better and with more energy… I bought a steak and cheese and wings Tuesday night and 1 strawberry lemonade and 1 peach lemonade… I had already eaten so I saved the wings for the next day but I drank the whole strawberry lemonade and O…M…G…!!! I had food poisoning I woke up feeling nauseous and week and had t he runs gif 2 days and kept gagging over and over and my body was weak and fatigued I do Uber eats and I went to work yesterday and I kept pulling over to throw up. Please check labels maybe the strawberry syrup was bad or maybe was the lemonade, is the only thing I can think of that got me sick since is the last thing I drank before bed.

I ordered 2 cheese steaks, FF with bacon and wings during the grand opening day which was very crowded but food came out less than 10 minutes. Food was delicious!!! One of the best charley in MD. Very frendly staffs. Highly recommended!!!

I came here because the chipotle line was too long. Paid $12 for a cheesesteak that came with liquid can cheese. So disgusting! The food was lukewarm and a waste of money. Took forever for them to make just for me to get garbage. You’re better off eating frozen food from the dollar store.
