When I went to the mall, I they were handing out samples of the chicken California sub and I really liked it so I decided to order it. The lady asked me what toppings I wanted and I told her I wanted it like the sample. What I meant by this was that I wanted the same toppings that were in the sample. She gave me a weird look and started cutting it the way they cut the samples. Initially, I was annoyed by this because I thought it was obvious what I meant by “I want it like the sample”. But after eating it cut up like that, I actually enjoyed it. It’s a lot less messy because you just pop one square into your mouth at a time. Anyways, the sub was very good and I highly recommend it.

Always a classic sub place. I usually get the chicken Philly with fries. If you don’t eat a whole lot get the small. Ate here over 50 times, never disappointed. Not 5 star gourmet food but definitely good decent made to order subs and fries.

Um. Pretty decent. It’s kind of like subway but with a different kind of sandwich. The drinks are really good though. Staff is mostly friendly but there was this one lady who just tossed my toppings into my box, not even paying attention to if they got on my sandwich or not.

I was so thrilled to eat this. I order my meal and they prepared it. They hand me my food and it has no fries. I said excuse me? I ordered the meal. She replies with “2.00 for fries”. I was not going to pay 2 extra dollars for a mistake that you did. Eventually my girlfriend goes to order me the fries and they charged her for a meal when all she asked for was fries???? This place is stupid.

Terrible service. Fries were burned and the portion was too small so I took them right back and asked for new fries that were cooked right. They refused. Very unamerican staff and unamerican values. Used to eat there all the time. They have lost my business. Hate to say it but most of these foreigners that work at places around DC Metro area are very petty and they tend to treat people like we are trying to get one over on them. Honesty and integrity simply is not something they seem to understand even in the least bit.

Food was horrible! Had two separate orders, one was for a teriyaki salad. I asked the cashier may times if they had it and she said yes but I ended up with a chicken salad and it had nothing I wanted on it. The second order was for a Philly cheese steak, chili cheese fries, and strawberry lemonade. The cheese steak was super chewy that I only had 3 bites before throwing the hole thing out. The fries were under cooked and the chili was unappealing both taste and look wise. My only hope was the lemonade to try and forget the horrible meal I was eating but even the lemonade was horrible. It had frozen soggy strawberries in it and lacked any kind of sweetness to it. If I had to add sugar alone to it then it would have been fine but the strawberries made it undrinkable. Never going back there again.

I eat Charley’s all the time at the location by my house (Waldorf) so when I was in wheaton mall I was happy to see it. Until I walked up. Employees are rude. Makes no sense for the service to be slow when you have almost 6 people behind the grill and 3 customers smh I’ll just try something else next time
