This is now the 2nd time I’ve ordered from here and the delivery was canceled by Uber/Doordash. When I called the restaurant they claimed I needed to get in touch with Uber. Uber Direct accepted this delivery and there’s absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone or they say they can’t find your order. Now my credit card was charged by CHARLEY’S, NOT UBER. When this happened the first time the manager got in touch with me and refunded my money. So the people answering the phone do not know what they are talking about. YOU charged my credit card, not Uber and I expect my money back! This is absolutely ridiculous. So now I have to email corporate to figure this out, AGAIN!

This is a regular for me. The food is prepped right in front of you and the staff is really friendly. You’re NOT going to get a cheese steak loaded with grease, cheap meat, as big as your head. Their sandwiches are the right size and you don’t leave feeling guilty. Lastly, I’ve been going here for years and the quality has been consistently good, which means a lot to me.
