I placed an order via the mobile app and picked it up. But when I got home I only had a half of a sandwich; which I did not order. I ordered ultimate fries with a buffalo chicken sub and a strawberry lemonade. Didn’t receive anything correctly. Not even the size of my drink. I had to get a small instead because he said they’re out of large cups. And I live 20 mins away and I took a Lyft out there to get the food.On the app it says to contact the restaurant directly and they didn’t answer I called 4 times.

Hard to hear because of the size of the food court, especially when busy but that has nothing to do with the actual food/service. Service is great, everyone is always really nice and the food is always on point. The line can get pretty long too, especially on weekends, which just goes to show you how good the food is here at this location.

The staff were not friendly and the cashier was distracted and rude. I normally don’t patronize business like this but my daughter wanted to try something different. I ordered a Philly style sub that had maybe 2 mushrooms. Never again

Horrible service, if I could give zero stars I would. We waited over 45 minutes for two small subs and fries, and when we finally asked for a refund because we STILL had not received our order, we received shocked looks like it was a surprise to them that we weren’t willing to wait longer. On top of all that, even though they had amassed a line of 20 people or more because of the exceptionally slow service, one of their “employees” had plenty of time to chat with a friend across the counter because apparently she had nothing better to do. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else for a meal unless you’re the only one in line. We will NEVER return.

Customer service is very poor . I was given a carbonated drink without and flavor . I returned it and was charged an additional $1.20 for a lemonade . I did pay the money however, when you make a mistake as a business you should correct it and not charge the customer extra. I won’t ever eat here again because of this .
