The food was good but the service was very poor. There’s an advertisement that says $5 off now if you download the app. I downloaded the app, requested the $5 off and was told that it didn’t work and I had to wait for it to pop up in the app some day. Also, the cashier was really raggedy, like I was wasting his time. I ordered a large cheesesteak and wanted to make it a combo. I asked him if the fountain drinks were the only ones I could get for the combo price? His response, “you can get any drink”. I chose strawberry lemonade. He asked, “regular or large”? I asked what was the difference in price, he held up.2 different cups and said the is regular and this is large. Yes but do they cost the same? Was finally told the large would cost more. I then wanted to confirm the strawberry lemonade situation because I didn’t believe it cost the same as a fountain drink. It didn’t, he eventually told me I would be paying more. Poor customer service socks.

My HI-C was dripping all down the side of the cup when the cashier handed it to me and didn’t bother to clean it off. After I cleaned it myself I went to take a sip and it spilt all over my white shirt because apparently the lid wasn’t placed on all the way. The sandwich was good, but my fries were old and cold. Needless to say I am not a happy customer.

This restaurant does not allow special requests on the DoorDash app, so I could not properly document our household mushroom allergies. The restaurant also refused to answer the phone, both when I tried to call them, and also when DoorDash Support tried to call them for the same reason. The Dasher even refused to answer the phone so I could discuss the allergies with him, then also did not answer DoorDash Support when they tried to call him for the same reason. As if that wasn’t enough, they forgot to put the bacon on the Cheese & Bacon Fries, and also forgot to leave the salt off of one of the Cheese Fries. End result: 1. Two of the three sandwiches were not safe to eat. 2. One of the three fries was not safe to eat, and another was just wrong. The one positive thing about this meal was that the one edible sandwich (my Philly Cheesesteak) was fantastic (the only reason for two stars instead of one!). The one order of Cheese Fries that was not messed up was also pretty good. Still, what pitiful customer service!!

Options at this food court are pretty slim, but I think Charley’s is the most expensive option now weighing in at over $10 after tax for an average combo. The food is usually pretty good, sometimes they make you fresh fries and other times you get cold leftovers, but the sandwiches are made to order and pretty tasty. Today they had no trays, so I had to carry my sandwich, drink, and separate dish of fries hoping not to drop anything. Also tried to use my loyalty card to redeem a free sub, but the cashier was very confused. She struggled trying to ring in the toppings I wanted, so when she seemed puzzled by the loyalty card I figured I’d try another day when someone else is working.

their bag says “best cheestesteak in the world” but I wasn’t really impressed to be honest. it was kind of just a standard cheesesteak. just meat cheese and toppings nothing too special in my opinion. meat was a little dry and under seasoned I even ordered extra meat and cheese and it still seemed a little light, even the fries were just average. it tasted good don’t get me wrong but, it doesn’t meet it’s expectations when they claim to be the best. wouldn’t be my go to cheesesteak spot, unfortunately.

This is insane! These people DO NOT answer the phone. I placed an order via the app and it is not displaying my order. The price was for $50. UI can’t even call to verify if my order was received because these people will not answer the phone. I have placed over 10 calls in the last two hours. This is insane!! if you will not answer my calls then at least give me my money back. Geesh! So freaking frustrating and unprofessional!
