I liked this location before, but new management has made it top notch. On this visit I observed a manager training a new point of sale team member and he coached her but kept her in the “driver’s seat.” Excellent experience at POS, extra polite and no nonsense. I complimented the manager and his trainee. Same at sandwich building station team members coaching other members. Food was excellent, very hot and appealing to the eye. Polite, efficient, accurate, speedy, and delicious all the way down the line and there was a bit of a crowd when I walked in. Well done, Marion team! I am pleased to do this positive review for you.

Worst Charley’s we’ve been to, the mall locations are superior to this stand alone. I’ll give it to the staff for being friendly but the steak was over cooked to the point of being dry, mozz stocks were over cooked, bread burnt, cheese bacon fries ended up being undercooked & the cheese tasted off and the bacon tasted like bacon bits.
