I said it once and I will say it again. The food is good, the service is effective and efficient while the people are human. Everyone aims to be kind despite the variety of customers and as for ferrice, she is simply the best. Her attitude is strong like her work ethic. She is sweet, consistent and always professional with a good proportion of polite. She communicates and work hard. I look forward to seeing her on the shifts especially since she is mainly always there. … Charleys is lucky to have her.

The food isn’t nearly as good as it used to be. It also just looks dirty or going out of business: the sign is falling down, it’s incredibly dark behind the counter, the app scanner doesn’t work, the condiment area is sloppy.

I stood first in line as they finished serving the customer in front of me. Then after that customer walked away, I stood there for another 10 minutes while the lady out front made bacon and the 4 workers in the back stayed in the back! They open at 12 noon on Sundays according to google map profile. Just terrible customer service. There was a line 5 deep behind me that developer well. I was so excited to get a Philly steak sandwich but not of it means terrible customer service. So I went next-door to Sakura express and they had an incredible assembly line of employees and I had my food in two minutes and it tastes fantastic! So don’t waste your time with this location because clearly there’s no leadership in place at Charley’s!

Staff isn’t too friendly, looks like they were closed at 6 o’clock when they actually close at 7, we still got to order our food but they were out of sweet tea and closed early, now have customers in line at 6:18 PM and they still don’t close until 7 , bad service

The cook was very mean / nasty. We asked to put Buffalo on our chicken California and she only put it on top and didn’t mix it in. When we asked for some on the side she said she’s gonna have to charge us .60cents for it and said” so do you want it or not” Was giving faces to anyone that asked her a question, if you can’t do your job, don’t work there. I was asked what drink I wanted and then when I replied the guy said oh we only have sweet tea and lemonade. Why ask us what we want to drink if there is only two options. Very horrible service. Winston Salem is so much better.

Four Seasons mall location is really a joke. Ordered a to go cheese steak 5:15 yesterday and only a couple of other people in line. 45 minutes later every one else had gotten their food and left. No sign of mine. I go back to the counter and ask about my order. The woman behind the counter said what was your order? She looked in the computer and my order was never even put in to be cooked. Here we go again. Over an hour for a sandwich. NEVER again!!! The poorest service I have ever experienced.
