I have ordered takeout twice. Both times, I arrived when my order was to be completed, and it was not ready (10-15 minutes late). This is the last time I order from Charley’s. Watching orders being taken and served, when mine was placed 15 minutes ahead of time and then waiting an additional 10 minutes before it was even started. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered online for pick up, didn’t realize it was in the mall… Food was okay overall, but the order was missing the seasoned fries we ordered and both drinks. I ordered my cheese steak on Texas toast, which it was not on. Can’t help but wonder if we got the extra topping we ordered, too…

Placed an order on Grub Hub at around 11:40am to be delivered at approximately 12:20. Got the notification that my driver was on their way to the store and around 5min later get a notification that it was delivered, which it obviously wasn’t. So I contact my driver and an employee at the establishment told him the order was ready at 11:05 and no one came to get it so they threw it away. Weird that my order was ready 20min before I even placed it and even weirder that they were completely unwilling to remedy the issue whatsoever.

I drove a hour to patronize this business, if the company offers a coupon on the app thats valid they should honor it, the app said for the coupon to qualify you had to order online i did which brought up a scan barcode which did not work, also if i pay almost $4 for a order of fries you can aleast fill the fry box with a decent amount. I wasnt happy at all with my experience.
