The food is great, but I asked for the hot pepper relish, and the dude looked at me like I was crazy and said “No”. Idk if they’re out or have stopped serving it, or he simply didn’t know it was on the menu, but it was pretty expensive for not the sandwich I wanted.

waited in line for approx 30 minutes just to have them shut the lines down stating the manager walked out and had no one on the register leaving a remainder of about 20 customers flabbergasted. While your food is great, your employees are less than desirable. As for me ever going back to your store in the Magnolia Mall here in Florence SC it will be a absolute NO as this isn’t the 1st time I’ve had issues with this store . My opinion hire some people that will take pride in what they do and reward them well and then maybe the outcome will be better. Until then , Hell will freeze over before I purchase anything else from that particular store! The only reason you got just one star was it wouldnt post my review unless i gave it a star.Other than that it would have been “0” stars for this review

Just walked up to order at 11:15am. They were open. A woman was working at the front cleaning i guess. No other customers in line. She walks to the back and another employee pokes his head out from the back to see us. These employees never spoke a word to us. No smile. No greeting. We stood a waited for a few more minutes and they never came back up front so we left. Horrible customer service. Never got to order food. Even though it was time for them to have been open and they weren’t ready yet I would have understood. But instead they just look at us and walk away. Need better employees.

The food is usually pretty good, but service is typically super slow. I rate this place 3 stars because there usually some problem everytime we come. Either the pop machine doesn’t work, the line closes suddenly, or some other incident.

Love the food!! But the employees have grown very slack. Takes forever now to get food, every single person working on a Friday night has air pods in, can’t even hear what the customers want, and they have messed up the five orders in some way that were before me… including mine!

The worst service ever! The cashier was using profanity while customers was waiting for him to take their order. Some of the other crew was using profanity as well. Where was the manager or the team lead. No supervision at all The whole crew closed it down and went home.
