The food here is amazing. The service can be iffy. I have been there, and they are on point and helpful and very quick. Other days, you would think I ruined their day by ordering something. It has improved over the last few months, so maybe management has gotten it under control. The food is always top tier and brings me back.

Glad they were open, but unlike the other food places in the airport, their seating area was closed. Incredibly long wait despite few customers, which was not appreciated at the airport. If you don’t have a spare hour or want to sit down, suggest you look elsewhere.

Perhaps 8 or 9 people ahead of me when I got in line, and 20 minutes later (yes, I noted the times) I was #2 in line to order and out of time. Horribly slow & inefficient, which stems from under-manning and an indifferent and inconsiderate staff with no sense of urgency nor any visible desire at all to serve their customers.

Excluding the cashier the service was poor. The cashier was quick, and proficient and with appropriate politeness considering the rush. The rest was downhill. The order was a large chicken Philly. The person cooking cooked the chicken right with another order of steak. Second she cooked the order for a medium sub. When she got to the end the other employee notified her it was a large. She just tossed the meat from the medium to the large and sloppily wrapped it up. This is all while I’m watching. She walked away before I could ask her anything. The sub was cooked less than great and lacked a major item, Cheese, which was stuck to the old bun she tossed. The sub wasn’t wrapped properly so it just spilled all over the inside of my bag. The cheese fries I got had a streak of cheese which wasn’t great. And the fries were soggy/over salted . Overall no Bueno. Sorry Charley’s serious improvements needed.

I was passing through the airport (5/22/22 around 4:00pm) and wanted to grab something to eat before heading on to my flight. The staff was amazing. They were obviously understaffed and these ladies stepped up. They worked as a team and didn’t seem flustered by the long lines, short-tempered travelers, and lack of help. Bravo!

Tonight was the first time in my life i have ever felt discriminated against. At 630 the 3 employees here told me they were closed while cooking steak on the grill. At 645 sitting across the terminal at longhorn steakhouse i proceeded to wath the same 3 employees take 2 orders from other people and serve them. This is atrocious service that no person should ever have to endure. This business will never see my money in the future there loss as i fly through this airport multiple times a week.
